“Fantastic service! I couldn't ask for more. My girlfriend's fridge had packed up and we had been riding it out to help with our finances as I also wanted, or rather needed, to replace her under-performing freezer that needed updating. the biggest problem I faced when looking online was the delivery dates of suppliers, end of September, mid-October and the severe lack of stock. However, enter Appliancentre. Not only did they have stock, it was the same brand so product familiarity and confidence was there, but they could deliver next day. I ordered these items last Sunday 06th September and they were delivered next day on Monday 07th September! I opted for the 12-3pm slot when choosing a preferred delivery time and was informed that I would receive a call the evening before delivery, but this being Sunday I didn't expect a call until Monday evening. Appliancentre called on Monday 11.45am and said my goods would be delivered by 2pm that day. They arrived promptly and I paid for the removal and recycling of the old machines and packaging and seeing as I would be at work, the installation of these built in under counter fridge and freezers. The price was unbelievably good value, the service was exemplary and many companies would do well to learn from this level of service, the team delivering/installing were very polite, helpful and courteous and the overall experience is highly satisfied. I definitely recommend Appliancentre to anyone. Their value and service are second to none. My girlfriend is happy which means I am happy = one very happy customer! Top marks.”

“Cannot believe how rude and unhelpful they are. Called them out for dishwasher repair, after barely looking at it was told to old to bother repairing and should buy a new one (got charged £48 call out fee). When I called to try to buy a dishwasher they were rude and abrupt, started having another conversation while on the phone then hung up on me. Do not use them!”

“When our old washing machine broke down an engineer was able to come the next day at the time arranged. He was very helpful, informative and polite. Unfortunately the machine was not repairable so we ordered a new one . Again the engineers who came to install it were very good and attentive. The following day the machine appeared not to work, but an engineer was able to come and look at it and solved the issue straight away. I would highly recommend North London Appliances, their customer service and the general way they go about doing things is very good.”

“Excellent service; engineer arrived exactly on time, identified the problem with our Bosch washing machine and fixed it, and advised us on how to avoid similar problems arising again. No parts required and good value fixed price call out and repair. Would recommend to anyone in the North London area.”

“Technician(?) arrived, told him it was the solenoid valve leaking,he checked and confirmed, but didn't seem to want to replace, took no care with removal of part, almost pulled the pressure chamber off (which really would have been expensive!) till I told him not to. Eventually prized it off with a big screw driver, possibly damaging the housing. Subsequently I discovered its a simple screw and lock fitting. Left after 15mins....£50....dishwasher still not fixed, but I think I'll take it from here....less stress! Not an unpleasant guy, just didn't seem to know much about Miele dishwashers.”

“Would highly recommend this company. Much quicker delivery & installation than other online competitors. Kamran and his partner did an amazing job of installing. Unknown to us our builders had made a pigs ear of the previous installation of washing machine and this made the job very difficult. They never once complained and spent far longer than they should have making sure we had a good solution, we are very thankful and will definitely use them again!”

“I called an engineer out last week to fix my fridge that was bleeping & temp inside wasn’t right, engineer arrived, before he even saw the fridge, he diagnosed either Gas or motor, said these are usual problems. Moved the fridge to look at the back and said the vent needed cleaning, cleaned it and left after being paid. Problem not resolved, I’ve left several messages and no response.”

“Last year our accountant made couple of late invoice payments to "Appliance Repairs" which I apologised for the inconvenience as I didn't even know about it and it wasn't really my fault. That's why I decided to pay for their further services myself straight on the phone when booking took place. I made already couple of bookings to repair dishwasher in October 2019 and around April 2020 and I paid straight away on the phone and there was no problem. I called again a week ago to book repair for the same dishwasher they already repaired by replacing a part. On my huge surprise I've got terrible attitude and reminder of two late payments from last year again and said "we are busy, we call you when we're free!" It was very embarrassing for me and I told him not to call back. I am not sure whether he heard it as he put phone down on me. I truly believe that he used his bad attitude and reminder about couple of late payments from last year as an excuse not to send anyone to check the same dishwasher fault as the part they've exchanged is still in a warranty! There was another incident when I paid and booked repair for dishwasher for another flat two-three month ago and I've been told that he is not even going to bother to repair it and advised to buy new one. Obviously they kept the payment. I booked repairs with another company now and I am going to check whether that dishwasher is still repairable or he was right to throw it away! I am still very hurt by this experience as I am writing this. I am going to share my experience with TrustPilot and others.”

Hi Jarka Laclavikova at 2 Down Place, LONDON, W6 9JH I don't understand how you expect us to send an engineer NEXT DAY when it took you FEW MONTHS to make the payment for a repairs that we done in Flat 3 and 13. We had to call and email you numerous times for these payments which you claim you didn't know about it and its not your fault! I would advise you to pay the invoices on time next time you book any services so you wont have any issue asking any company to return for the repairs. PS: if any repair company reading this review make sure that you take the payment upfront from her otherwise DONT book the repair.
