I had a wonderful experience with this company. I booked an appointment online to install an integrated fridge, and in less than 24hrs, everything had been fixed. The job was completed fast but with attention and precision. Thank you!

I called an engineer out last week to fix my fridge that was bleeping & temp inside wasn’t right, engineer arrived, before he even saw the fridge, he diagnosed either Gas or motor, said these are usual problems. Moved the fridge to look at the back and said the vent needed cleaning, cleaned it and left after being paid. Problem not resolved, I’ve left several messages and no response.

Last year our accountant made couple of late invoice payments to "Appliance Repairs" which I apologised for the inconvenience as I didn't even know about it and it wasn't really my fault. That's why I decided to pay for their further services myself straight on the phone when booking took place. I made already couple of bookings to repair dishwasher in October 2019 and around April 2020 and I paid straight away on the phone and there was no problem. I called again a week ago to book repair for the same dishwasher they already repaired by replacing a part. On my huge surprise I've got terrible attitude and reminder of two late payments from last year again and said "we are busy, we call you when we're free!" It was very embarrassing for me and I told him not to call back. I am not sure whether he heard it as he put phone down on me. I truly believe that he used his bad attitude and reminder about couple of late payments from last year as an excuse not to send anyone to check the same dishwasher fault as the part they've exchanged is still in a warranty! There was another incident when I paid and booked repair for dishwasher for another flat two-three month ago and I've been told that he is not even going to bother to repair it and advised to buy new one. Obviously they kept the payment. I booked repairs with another company now and I am going to check whether that dishwasher is still repairable or he was right to throw it away! I am still very hurt by this experience as I am writing this. I am going to share my experience with TrustPilot and others.

Hi Jarka Laclavikova at 2 Down Place, LONDON, W6 9JH I don't understand how you expect us to send an engineer NEXT DAY when it took you FEW MONTHS to make the payment for a repairs that we done in Flat 3 and 13. We had to call and email you numerous times for these payments which you claim you didn't know about it and its not your fault! I would advise you to pay the invoices on time next time you book any services so you wont have any issue asking any company to return for the repairs. PS: if any repair company reading this review make sure that you take the payment upfront from her otherwise DONT book the repair.
Adan was super polite, considerate and professional. He turned up early but rang to check it was convenient, and fixed my dishwasher efficiently being careful not to make a mess. The phone service to arrange the repair was also very good, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Really nice bloke came and fixed our washing machine in 20 minutes. 2 hour time slot. A bit pricy at £80 but par for the course. So, we'll use again.

Shockingly bad company. Over charged me and then failed to mend the appliance. Do not believe the price guarantee, they charged my tenant for each visit. Having failed to mend the appliance the customer services manager was extremely rude to me and terminated the conversation without explanation. I hope the call was recorded and that he is reprimanded for his appalling manner and non-existent customer care.

Adnan was brilliant - he came in and fixed the problem with the washing machine door we had for 2 weeks in about 30 min and was a massive saving from what Bosch would have charged us. He was polite and efficient and punctual! pleasure to recommend these guys :)

Dealt with Adnan. The part no longer existed to fix the machine so looked like I needed a new machine altogether. Instead, some brilliant improvisation meant he could fit the button through a hole in the washing machine so it still works! Really nice guy as well. 5stars from me.

Booked appointment for a broken washing machine door and was given a next day appointment. Adnan phoned to let me know his arrival time and once he arrived changed the door in under 20 minutes. Would recommend Appliciancentre.

Very pleased with the repair North London Appliance Repairs did to my Smeg oven. Engineer was on time and called on the way. Although he didn’t have the right part the office guys sorted out the second visit very efficiently. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is the worst company I have ever come across. Customer service was appalling to say the least - I would have give them zero rating out of 5 but, the system doesn't allow me to give anything below 1! First of all, the diagnosis of the problem with my dishwasher was wrong. Secondly, the estimate they quoted for a part that supposedly needed replacing was double the price when I contacted another company. Finally, when I called to express my dissatisfaction not even for the wrong diagnosis (because I didn't know at the time) or the attempted robbery by quoting twice the price for the part that was to be replaced (again because at the time I didn't know), the gentleman whom I spoke to, had no respect - decided that he will cancel my work order, just because I was complaining about they not acting swiftly in ordering the replacement the replacement part that apparently was needed to repair my dishwasher. He then went on to hang up the phone. Total disgrace and a complete lack courtesy or respect - absolutely terrible! If this company operated in a regulated industry, I would have gone straight to regulator and appeal for it to be shut down immediately. Please stay away from this company.

These are con men. Avoid at all costs. After coming round for my initial consultation (2.5 hours late), and claiming to have fixed the problem, the repairman tried to extort me by saying £70 + VAT came to £100. After correcting him, he said he only accepted cash and left claiming he'd email the receipt, which he never did. The problem had not been fixed, so I called up for the repairman to come again, as is part of the service. It took them 16 weeks to acknowledge this request and come again, at which point the repairman found the problem (or so he said). He claimed he needed to enquire about sourcing the new part, so left after trying to take another £70 (although this should have been included as part of the initial failed appointment). 4 weeks later and I've finally been able to get in touch with the company. On the 4 minute call they claimed I (a) never hired them, (b) never paid and (c) had my problem fixed. The second I made a point that I was unimpressed with their service I got the reply, "well go find another company, good bye" and they hung up. This is an absolute farce and I'll be reporting the company for malpractice. As mentioned, avoid at all costs. Hopefully this company will be reprimanded, and the people in charge imprisoned as I'm sure they've stolen money off many more people...
