“Ionut (John) went above and beyond. He came to install the electric cooker within an hour of my call. He was very professional and not only installed the new hob but also fixed a few things, like firmly attaching the oven and a piece of wood that had gotten unstuck when a previous repairman left the kitchen in a state. I am very happy.”

Couldn't be fixed as the replacement part worked out more expensive than a replacement dishwasher but Jon recommended an appropriate course of action.
