I will not be using North London Appliance Repairs as so many bad reviews and I hate rude men in my house and I think the £99 for just turning up is totally wrong.

The technician who arrived seemed reasonable in his appraisal of the situation. The company’s website needs an overhaul, as it terminates half way through booking a technician, I almost went somewhere else. I phoned instead.

I have had a terrible experience with this service - I waited in all afternoon after booking a repair - I tried calling three times and the response was rude and unhelpful - I did not receive the texts that they claimed they had sent and then they cancelled my appointment and hung up

Came v fast within 2 hours and delivered the bad news I needed new appliance. No prob with that as it was quite old. But had to pay £100 for the privilege of being told. I think a reduced fee when nothing done would be better say £60/70 for call out. Tried to order new appliance thru them but they couldn’t deliver fast. So good response, nice operative. Might be useful to know.

Had to pay £80 despite the engineer being unabe to fix it. He arrived earlier than requested - we asked him to come after 2pm

nowhere in your marketing blurb does it say, "London only"............Until you finally get through to sales staff, who simply cut off the call. Thanks for that. So sorry I got in your way. When we DO MOVE to London in 2 weeks, I wont bother to disturb you.

There was a no show on the day of the first booking . No one called to advise there was a problem with the appointment slot and so we wasted an afternoon waiting for the engineer. The slot was rebooked for the following week. I have reservations about the engineer. He did not take the dishwasher out and properly examine it but said that there was water in the base and it was so damaged it was irreparable. Having quickly given this assessment he offered to provide a quote to have a replacement dishwasher installed the next day. I was unconvinced about the diagnosis and booked the manufacturer's recommended engineer who diagnosed a damaged seal and no need to replace. I think the conclusions are pretty obvious here. The company puts the phone down as soon as I call and say I want to raise an issue. And no response to my emails. My dishwasher is now working perfectly and not in the recycling centre. I am just out of pocket for Appliance Centre's wasted call out charge. They operate under a number of names "North London Appliance Repairs" "Appliance Centre" "Euronics" - all using the same phone number. It's not obvious they are mainly in the business of selling appliances not repairing them!

Excellent same day service. My dryer was broken and old. NLAR brought a new dryer and took away the old faulty one all within a few hours. Thank you!

“Very honest, friendly and reliable. He (mr Habib)explained the costs and possible causes of our fridge problem (broken thermostat) over the phone, turned up exactly at the time he specified (we went for a next day repair) and fix the issue within an hour, with no hidden / extra costs. If you want to waste your time hang about waiting for the engineer to turn up this is the company to book. Twice and got the same no show result, so at least they're consistent. Also unable to return a call for update on "when are they going to turn up?" on three occasions. Many thanks.

Had the same experience as some other customers- they employ an extremely rude man who was aggresive right from the start, got irritated when \I asked him something & put the phone down. When I - by mistake of course - rang this same comany by mistake, as soon as he recognised my voice he said - wrongly - that I was the woman that cancelled an appointment (a lie, as I never got as far a s making it. & even if I| had?? I assume & hoop this man isnt the owner & if he isnt, why do they keep someone like that?!? Maybe he's a relative!! Keep away from this vile company.

The phone service was absolutely outstanding! I spoke to Sam, who was extremely thorough and provided excellent customer service.I booked an appointment for the next day and the engineer,Babak, arrived promptly.Once again, He explained things thoroughly and successfully diagnosed and repaired my washing machine. I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received!

On their website it says' Hygena Repair Service' and when I rang them the first time I got through to the wrong department, ie Sales and they said that they didn't sell Hygena. I then rang the repairs as they say on their website that they do Hygena repairs. I was told quite rudely that I had already rung and they put the phone down. Not very professional with wrong information on their website and they staff being so rude.

Quite expensive just to tell me that I need to replace my oven with a new one. I’d rather have saved these 50 quid to invest in a new oven.
