“Very honest, friendly and reliable. He (mr Habib)explained the costs and possible causes of our fridge problem (broken thermostat) over the phone, turned up exactly at the time he specified (we went for a next day repair) and fix the issue within an hour, with no hidden / extra costs. Recommended!”many thanks appliance centre.

If you want to waste your time hang about waiting for the engineer to turn up this is the company to book. Twice and got the same no show result, so at least they're consistent. Also unable to return a call for update on "when are they going to turn up?" on three occasions. Many thanks.

Had the same experience as some other customers- they employ an extremely rude man who was aggresive right from the start, got irritated when \I asked him something & put the phone down. When I - by mistake of course - rang this same comany by mistake, as soon as he recognised my voice he said - wrongly - that I was the woman that cancelled an appointment (a lie, as I never got as far a s making it. & even if I| had?? I assume & hoop this man isnt the owner & if he isnt, why do they keep someone like that?!? Maybe he's a relative!! Keep away from this vile company.

The phone service was absolutely outstanding! I spoke to Sam, who was extremely thorough and provided excellent customer service.I booked an appointment for the next day and the engineer,Babak, arrived promptly.Once again, He explained things thoroughly and successfully diagnosed and repaired my washing machine. I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received!

On their website it says' Hygena Repair Service' and when I rang them the first time I got through to the wrong department, ie Sales and they said that they didn't sell Hygena. I then rang the repairs as they say on their website that they do Hygena repairs. I was told quite rudely that I had already rung and they put the phone down. Not very professional with wrong information on their website and they staff being so rude.

Quite expensive just to tell me that I need to replace my oven with a new one. I’d rather have saved these 50 quid to invest in a new oven.

The engineer told in my house that the motor is not working and the machine is almost 10 years old. However, in the report it is reported that motor off machine for over weight use. Is there any technical indicator for such reporting (over weight use).

I was due to have a New Washing machine delivered on the 19th of May . They bought the Wrong one and said I will have to wait until 30 th May.Leaving me with a Partially working Machine .I feel I was Rushed into buying a Machine Through a Recent Bereavement I was not thinking Straight. Dear Appliancentre Repair Centre North Finchley, Unfortunately your repair service was competely unsatisfactory for the following reasons: 1) Your engineer rang me at 09:30 on the day of the appointment itself (which was supposed to be from noon to 2pm on Friday 12/05) saying that since he was already in the area he could visit the flat where the repair was needed in the next 20 minutes. For this reason I was not able to reach the flat on time to check his work, only my tenant was there. 2) A link was immediately sent to me before the visit, which I found strange as I usually pay at work completed. 3) Your engineer was unable to repair either the dishwasher or the washing machine. After a 20 minutes assessment he called me saying that both of them needed replacing and he gave me a few options of dishwashers and washing machines sold by your own sale centre. A link was sent to me for immediate payment for these 2 appliances. I found this was a hard sale technique in a moment in which I was worried and panicking about these 2 rather expensive replacements. I checked online and I found cheaper prices for the same appliances so I told the engineer I would buy them somewhere else. 4) A cousin of mine who has some knowledge of appliances offered to have a look and has since repaired the Zanussi washer/drier by replacing the worn out drain pump for £80 and it is now working well. I now have to replace the dishwasher only. I feel that paying £180 for checking 2 appliances in that quick way and making no effort to repair them was not at all a good deal for me. I now would like a redress from you and who should I contact for that. Many thanks.

We understand how precious your time is and our subpar performance does not meet our usually high service standard. The booking on 12/05 was for 2 appliances (integrated dishwasher / freestanding washer dryer), The booking was between 12-2 and engineer called you in the morning to see if he can come earlier as his previous job finished earlier than expected. If you weren't available, you could have simply said that you cannot make it earlier and he would have visited you at 12! We need the payment when the engineer is at the property, and first of all you didn't said that you are a landlord and its a tenanted property and second of all we don't offer free callout. The £180 you paid was for diagnostic/labour of 2 appliances and the price is marked price and same with all repair companies. regards, North London Appliances
