Don't waste your money. Engineer came twice and each time I tried to use it after engineer spent 10 minutes on it and said it was now working it did not work. He just said that I needed new dishwasher - did not offer to repair and tried to get quote from company but no response. Dishwasher only few years old not happy with service. Have now had it fixed by a reputable repair company

Be careful of this company. On their website they provided a quotation for "Total Repair Cost: £60 + Spare parts if required". This was confirmed in their e-mail. Having fitted a cheap element to my oven (which they now claim cost £25.99, but for which they have failed to provide an invoice), they charged £110 for a 20-minute visit. In other words, they overcharged by at least £24.

The appointment started off well with the engineer showing up on time, but sadly that's where it ended. He had no knowledge of the Electrolux dishwasher despite the company claiming to be experts on the brand. He missed a major fault with the machine - claiming the problem was a lack of salt and rinse aid, and knew so little about the dishwasher that he unfortunately managed to cut himself as he tried to get into it. Charged £40 for doing nothing. Avoid.

The booking on the website was easy and the engineer came on the next day even earlier than the time slot. That is fine but he only come with bag of hand tools and no diagnostic equipment of any sort. The fridge was working but did not cool. The engineer was just observing visually and making a guess of what can be wrong. First he give me a scary though that is probably the most expensive part it will cost me more than a new fridge . Then he replaced a cheaper part ,took my money and recommend to wait for two hour to cool. It did not work! When I called him after this two hours ,the answer was that nothing can be done and I need to buy a new one. What a waste of money!

Nice flashy website but rubbish company who tried to fix my american fridge. Engineer was clueless no idea what he was doing was on speaking on the phone to another colleague to find out the cause of the problem. Fobbed me off with the usual rubbish that it needed regas or the circuit board needed replacing. It was a good thing the wife sourced another company who came out and found the cause of our problem. The replaced the light switch simple if you know what you are doing. Do not be fooled by them asked plenty of question if in doubt put the phone down.

No one called to confirm appointment, so I called in and an abrasive guy said he'd come round. Then he didn't ever turn up, and no one was answering the phone. Terrible service.

I booked a dishwasher repair service on 2 occasions and nobody contacted me to confirm either appt nor turned up at the appt times. Very poor service, will not be using again.

Booked a repair for between 10-12 the next morning. Never got a confirmation email. Rang to see if the appointment was confirmed they said they could confirm it for 12-2. I agreed. No one called and no one arrive the next day. Called to ask where they were at 3pm. They said they could have someone out within 45 minutes. I said can you guarantee someone by 3.45pm, they said we'll book you in for between 4-6pm. I cancelled. Terrible customer service. Terrible in general.

Yours is the worst service I have come across - you have left us without a fridge for 14 days - my wife was in hospital with our one year old child - I was in Singapore so we were not able to re book the appointment. Your response was to charge me £36.00 before you would book another appointment for 6 days away - you should be ashamed - you are absolutely appalling
