“Friendly engineer, arrived on time and had the likely replacement parts with him based on the fault description I had given. Determined to fix the appliance, and used his initiative and expertise when the repair was a little more tricky than expected.”

“This is the first time I used this company. The booking was easy, they came the next day. The engineer was prepared with the appropriate parts as I had given them the machine make and some details of the issues. He fixed it within an hour, showed me what he had replaced and why. The engineer was efficient, tidy and I thought the cost was very competitive and was happy with what was charged. I would use them again.”

“Easy to book, good to have two-hour slots, was phoned about 30 minutes before he arrived. The fan motor on my oven needed replacing, and the engineer quoted a price (£50) plus the normal labour charge, which I felt was reasonable. He pointed out that the oven door doesn't close properly, and attempted to rectify that, without success, but didn't charge me any extra. He was here quite a long time, worked hard, and the only reason that I didn't give a five-star rating was that he left a bit of a mess. But overall I was very satisfied.”
