The engineer was good but we do not know how long it will take until the parts are delivered and our oven fixed!

Called up this company to obtain a price to repair my oven, first call was dropped thinking it was a signal issue called them back again spoke to the same fellow asked a few questions and he put down the phone on me, he is so RUDE disgusting keep away from them like a barge poll

Awful customer service - avoid like the plague. Booked a repair and nobody showed up, and no contact from the company. Then received a text a week later confirming a visit with an hour. Called to reschedule: they cancelled the booking and then hung up on me. What a joke.

I was expecting delivery of a chest freezer today 26/04/2024 between 9am and 12pm . Nobody turned up and no communication from the retailer until I contacted them at 1:30pm. Unprofessional customer service advisor on the phone who did not even apologise and said wait till Monday 29th April 2024.

Not professional payed £80 for nothing just for him to tell me to buy a new dishwasher. He said he didnt know what the issue was it may have been the computer or hose. I told him do what is it exactly he didnt know. He literally knocked on it and listened did exactly nothing. Rubbish service waste of money. Not recommended. Much better companies else where

Mr Amar Magali, The engineer visited today on time and diagnoses your ancient dishwasher. The dishwasher needs a new inlet valve and he asked you if you want to repair it we can look for the part and return and install it. the charges are clear £65 + VAT and we didn't charge you any extra. I was able to get an engineer on the same day who arrived promptly and recognised the issue immediately. Although I was disappointed that my fridge freezer could not be fixed, the engineer was super helpful in selecting a suitable replacement that could be delivered quickly. All in all an excellent service from start to finish.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star I called them for an installation, which according to the website not only is feasible but I could have booked for Monday. The person who took my call said that installation is only available for appliance bought from them and when I tried to explain my situation he just hang up! I really felt hopeless and this behaviour was very rude. I have been 1 week without fridge and I am a vulnerable customer with medical needs.

Hi Giuliana, I can understand you have medical condition, but are you deaf as well? You called us today morning for installation service and we explained to you that we are fully booked and currently only install appliances bought directly from us. I'm not sure what part of that you didn't understand?! The call duration was 0:02:01! Also it has nothing to do with us that you were without a fridge for a week. I've attached the phone records with this reply so you can hear it after taking your medications.
Ali was a very efficient and helpful worker, absolutely no complaints.

Did not arrive at the agreed time (arrived 5 hours early). The only person at home was a vulnerable female with mental health issues who freaked out. There is a reason for having a time slot - it's not just to help your company arrange the schedule for the day. It's also about us customers being able to organise our lives.

Hi, The engineer called and text and confirmed it before going to the address! Also the person at the property was fine with the visit. It seems you are the one with mental issue from the review you wrote! Also the bill is outstanding and suppose to be paid yesterday.
Bob came early, assessed that new thermostat is required. He was reassuring & will order it. But your £160 call out charge is very expensive.

Just called up to the cost to do a microwave repair to be told they do not do these. I told him but your website says repairs and installation, he put the phone down on me. How rude. I run a property management dept and was enquiring for a client but will now never approach this company again.

Hi Eve, You just called and we explained to you that we do not repair them at the moment. Repairs are subject to area and availability. The microwave is removed from our online booking form and we currently only sell and install them. Do not understand why you need to keep complaining over the phone and writing a review!
