“Great service. Punctual, efficient. Unable to repair but ordered a replacement with free delivery & removal.”

“Overcharged us for a basic diagnostic service, pushed us to order expensive parts (£150) that would take a week to arrive, told us our machine was over 10 years old and the whole thing needed replacing; recommended we just order an entirely new machine (£500), through them. We went elsewhere and they fixed the problem on the same day for (£40), said that the machine was 2 years old (which matches our paperwork) and that the part that was broken was widely available and inexpensive - they had it to hand. We don’t recommend or trust Appliance centre North London.”

“They decided they weren't interested in the booking I made. When the engineer didn't show, I gave them a call, hoping to rearrange. They said they'd sent a cancellation email at 9am, which they hadn't. I was trying to ask whether I could rebook, and the guy hung up on me. Then he sent the cancellation. I could have handled the wasting of my time, but the rudeness I think was entirely uncalled for.”

You made the booking on Saturday afternoon and we sent you the email today morning at 9:14 and spoke to you on the phone as well this morning.
