“Richard came to the house for a free estimate and to check which stair lifts we could have, Richard was very helpful and we visited the show room to try some stair lifts out. They gave us lots of options so that we had the best lift for us. Very helpful in all our queries and Installed within a few hours and a good guarantee and a service included. it's been a life changer having this installed, wish we had done it sooner. Highly recommend.”

“My wife found dealing with Norfolk Stairlifts easy and very helpful. Installation was completed in a short timescale and installation carried out as we requested. Now home from hospital I have bruising the lift which is easy tho operate. Norman Harris.”

“Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. They’ve looked after my Nan brilliantly since finding them. Nan has recently upgraded to a new stairlift and would only go with Norfolk Stairlifts due to their honest and reliable service.”

“Excellent servoice throughout from meeting with Richard who explained all the options in great detail, no pushy sales talk to having the stairs;ift installed by Kieren who again could not have taken more care than he did. He explained all the operation to us and supervied my husband's test lift. We are very very pleased and would thoroughly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts and in particular the 2 gentlemen we met.”

“Excellent service and installation. Stairlift arrived on time and installed very profesionally by your fitter. Instructions very comprehesive. All in all a very competent service and would recommend the company to anyone who is thinking about having a stairlift installed. “The service from Norfolk Stairlifts was excellent! During my enquiry I was able to arrange a home visit by an Engineer. Richard was able to attend within 7 days to carry out his site survey and advise me of the options available. He made the whole process very straightforward, we arranged to visit the showroom in Hingham the following week to try out the options which would best fit my needs. Kieran installed the stairlift 7 or 8 days after I placed my order, the whole process was much easier than I'd expected and at a very reasonable price.”

“Make Norfolk Stairlifts your first choice when you are considering a stairlift. You will be guided in the right direction at all points, and your personal circumstances taken into account. It's very useful to see the various types and models and even get to try them out in their wonderful showroom. On the day of installation the fitter arrived bang on time, did a wonderful job and couldn't have been more helpful. Four hours, one cup of tea, and apart from the stairlift, you wouldn't know anyone had been!”

“From our initial enquiry to finished installation our experience was great. Time and care was taken to help us understand what would work best in our slightly unusual setting (very low rise exterior position) and a site visit arranged to check details. Every care was taken to ensure we got what we needed. No hard sell, just good advice based on expertise gained from years of experience in this field. Installation was prompt, clean and efficient and Mum was able to practice using the stairlift before she 'went solo'. We would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Stairlifts. There are many larger companies, but we felt we had a bespoke service from start to finish which was outstanding.”

“Norfolk Stairlifts Following a review of Stairlifts, Norfolk Stairlifts were the only company who could design and supply a system that we wanted and met our needs. After a visit to their showroom to see the various options their adviisor and surveyor proposed a system. On the due date the installation engineerarrived and installed the system. The after sales service canonly be complemented on their care and attention . The whole exercise was professionsal and hassle free at at competitive priceand has made life much easier.”

“We were very pleased with the prompt response to our request. The surveyor,Richard Minnswas very thorough, as we have quite a steep staircase. He kept us informed throughout and explained what the installer would be able to doBarry Fox, the installer was equally professional and was very thorough in his explanation and demonstration. Thank you very much for a high quality of service and we are very pleased with the outcome.”

“Excellent service from Norfolk Staitlifts from the initial viewing in the showroom when Richard explained everything so thoroughly and the meticulous survey that followed. The final fitting by Barry was carried out as planned. He did everything that was required, was friendly, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. He then explained everything & made it easy to use. My wife now has a lot more independence about the house.”
