“Absolutely delighted with the care and support we were shown when choosing our new stairlift. The team were so obliging and helpful and very caring towards our requirements. The installation was carried out very efficiently and quietly. Afterwards, Kieran the installation engineer ensured that we were confident and able to use the stairlift and understand how the controls work. A brilliant choice to use Norfolk Stairlifts and we would recommend this company to others. Our Otolift Smart has made a huge difference to our lives. Very satisfied from start to finish. Thank you.”

“The recent installation of our stairlift has greatly improved the quality of our lives. Using the stair lift has lessened the strain on our knees therefore making it easier for us to accomplish our walking and grardening daily activities. It was well installed and we were given clear and informative instructions by Ronnie Thanks to all involved. From very satisfied customers”

“The service from Norfolk Stairlift was excellent. Our staircase was assessed and a firm price given. The stairs were complicated with a 180 degree bend. This was no problem for the company and the stairlift was fitted ahead of scedule. Every one involved was very profesional and freindly/ The fitter explained , carefully, the operation of the lift. It is easy to use as my wife is disabled. The stairlift has transformed her life within the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Norfolk Stairlift for a very profesional service”

“Right from the start Richard was not a 'pushy' salesman, he explained thoroughly what was needed to be done and the costs of everything. He allowed us time to think of our options and even invited us to the showroom so we could see a stairlift in action. On the day the fitter, couldn't of been any better, he was friendly, clean and tidy. He completed the job in the time frame that he said, he also went through everything to do with the stair lift with us before leaving, so we felt confident to use it. We couldn't recommend him enough. Overall with our experience we would highly recommend using Norfolk Stairlifts to anyone who's in need.”

“Norfolk Stairlifts was recommended to us by a family friend. Richard from the Sales team came to do the survey and was very friendly, professional and informative and invited us to view the stairlifts in action at their showroom. We attended that same afternoon and were again most impressed and decided to proceed with ordering the Ergo platinum stairlift we had tried at the showroom. Richard advised us it could be supplied and fitted the following week. Barry, the installing engineer came just seven days later and arrived on time. Once again we were most impressed by his friendly approach and professionallism . The installation was completed in approximately four hours without any problems and Barry took care to give us all the information and instructions on operating the stairlift. We have had it for a week and have found it to be a real asset and both we, and our family, now feel much more secure and safe about negotiating the stairs. We cannot fault the whole process from start to finish - completed in just seven days - and our dealings with both Richard and Barry . We can thoroughly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts.”

“Very easy and straight forward to organise. Survey took place on Wednesday and fitted the following Monday. Couldn’t ask for better. Mum very used to the stairlift now and gives her ease of access, independence and me peace of mind! All staff very helpful and made the process smooth. Would definitely recommend.”

“I was looking for a local company to supply and fit a stairlift, I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and was guided in my choice and was offered a free survey. Richard was very thourgh and knowledgeable, the stairlift was instaled quickly and neatly and I am very satisfied.”
