I am 92years old, and have difficulty walking. Walking, nevertheless, is an essential part of my efforts to improve mobility, and I find that I can walk further and faster using my Nordic Track treadmill than would otherwise be the case. I might even be able to progress to a bit of light jogging!

THE NORDIC TRACK COMMERCIAL UNIT IS VERY ROBUST AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE, OFFERING A MYRIAD OF FEATURES TO KEEP TRAINING FRESH. IN PARTICULAR THE VARIETY OF GRADIENTS AVAILABLE AND THE SPEED RANGE COUPLED WITH I-FIT DELIVERS A WORK OUT VARIETY THAT I HAVE NOT SEEN ON OTHER MACHINES. THE ADDITION OF AN EXTRA LOW LEVEL FAN REALLY HELPS KEEP YOU COOL WHEN PUSHING HARD.

Invoice said I would be contacted within 3 days to arrange delivery. After 4 days had to chase.Delivery men were excellent. Instruction manual could be more explicit and diagrams much larger. Some instructions were incorrect resulting in frustration and wasted time. e.g. secure left pedal in a clockwise direction when in fact it was anti likewise rt pedal was anti not clockwise as stated. instruction about removing hidden screw in protective guard would have been useful.

Contacted the support team to find out about a heart rate monitor that was compatible with the Nordic Track treadmill I recently purchased and they were very helpful. ordered the one they suggested and it worked perfectly making my morning exercise much better. The products are of high quality and therefore of great value. Will purchase further equipment from them in the future.

I was not notified by either Nordic or your delivery contractor that i had to make a call to arrange the delivery of the treadmill. I took it upon myself to call Nordic and that is when i was offered the option of calling the courier to get an update or indeed the telephone handler was happy to do it and get back to me. I opted to call them myself and was advised that it was my responsibility to contact them for delivery. When i purchased the Treadmill online there was a note suggesting they would get in touch within 2 days. One of the side panels was also broken which i have reported.

Hello Mr Donaghy, Thank you for leaving an honest review. I'm very sorry for the delay in which our carriers did try to contact you. They call the customer within 24-48 hours on receiving the order. Your order was recieved and processed by ourselves on the 30th and you were contacted within 3 days so there was some slight delay. I repeatedly asked for build support, which I am quite willing to pay for and I made this clear in my calls but was refused each time I requested help. Some of the replies were it is very easy you just have to hook on the paddles etc. Wrong it seems to me the team in Ellipticals have never attempted to build one. The build instructions were buried at the bottom of the box, I suggest they should on top, My daughter and 2 friends have attempted to build the machine and I would think we are nearly half way there. Perhaps it may help if I describe I detail my medical situation. I am currently under 3 neurologists at UCLH. Something is attacking my Cerebellium. They know it is not Parkinson's but cannot find out what the problem is. My motor system is slowly degrading so that I am very prone to losing my balance and can only move around with the aid of a stick or rollater. I go for a weekly appointment with a Physical trainer for balance exercises part of which is on her Elliptical machine. This is where I first came into contact with your products hence my desire to purchase one of your machines. I purchased one of 9 series, however, it was designed such that it the angle could not be set lower than 3 degrees and so the machine was returned. At that time you were offering build support and I was extremely pleased with your reactions and help. Your reactions could not have been better. This year I came across your adverts for the series 7 machine and it looked as though my problems could be solved, hence my order. The delivery went according plan and then delivery team said they would no longer build the machine. Repeated calls to your elliptical division produced no help at all. As I said above they seem never to have attempted to build a machine. Whilst a fit and able person may be able to build the machine I cannot. I am desperate to complete the build of my machine. I see this as way to delay my final destination to a wheelchair and most likely bed. Please help me with the build of my machine. David Bartle 01494727730

Hello Mr Bartle, Thank you for the review you have left on our review site. In relation to the review, all our products are sold as a self assembly products which does require the user to assemble the machine. In the past we did offer an installation services however in December they stopped offering this service. I do sympathise with your situation as I have read through your review about your condition however our carriers simply just deliver the product, there is no mention that they would install the product at the customers property. I may be able to find you a number for one of our engineers that could potentially assemble the item however there will be a cost involved which would be discussed between yourself and the engineers.

This is a tough review to score - NordicTrack themselves were ok, providing a timely refund when asked. But their delivery sub-contractor (Panther) is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had the misfortune to come across. First, the delivery was cancelled after the delivery slot arrived, I was given 4 different and incompatible reasons for why they couldn't deliver the order that they had confirmed the timing of just hours before. I was on hold for over an hour. I was promised a call-back within 10mins that never materialised in a 2 hour wait. Shocking But fair play to NordicTrack, it took about 3mins for them to process the return, politely.

The delivery process is a shambles. Ordered on 22/5/17. Supposed to be delivered on 5/6/17 but did not arrive. Only have 28 days to register the 10 year guarantee from date of purchase. Not arrived yet and 28 days running out.

Hello Mr Macdonald, Thank you for your honest review. Unfortunately there were some issues when arranging delivery to your specific postcode as our carriers saw this as an offshore delivery which did delay the booking. In relation to the warranty extension, if you attach a note to the warranty card explaining what has occured I will waiver the 28 days of purchase policy due to the delay in yourself receiving the goods.

The NordicTrack C9.5 that was delivered was damaged and could not be used. I managed to contact 'iconsupport' and have arranged a replacement. It appears that I have to assemble the faulty unit, as it is impossible to repack the trainer, or face a delivery charge. I also had to use an 0331 'phone number which has cost me £4 ish! Seriously unimpressed.

Excellent Build quality on both the Grand tour cycle and the RX 800 rower .Great workouts on both especially the grand tour cycle you cannot beat a video of a cycle ride in Hawaii on a rainy day in Rotherham

Delivery communication was great, and arrived within the 2 hour window as promised. I opted for ground floor delivery, planning to decant individual parts upstairs separately. Even then, the running board/motor assembly is still a 2 person lift. I couldn't fault the assembly instructions, although additional spanners were required. Registration for warranty was not possible as the link provided would only allow a USA or Mexico address. One of the features I liked when ordering was the integral fan, however it is fixed, not adjustable. That would be my only real fault with my C990. There is room for a design improvement here, making the fan direction adjustable, perhaps just like a car fan with a simple adjustable grill. All told, I am pleased with my purchase, and have even got my wife into the habit of using it as it is so easy to use and stow in the storage position.
