“I had issues with payment screens - colleague advised would pass onto management and call me back - no one did - I asked on the chat for a call back no-one did - tried again today - seems is a browser issue so managed to finally purchase a treadmill. might want to add onto screen to try other browser or some error message so customer aware if things not working out and why or what to do next.”
