“It arrives in a very big box....all complicated and ready to be explored....exciting unpacking and arranging space and time around the change to your life. Nordictrack seems to have sussed the art of making exercise interesting..... Got an incline trainer and now looking forward to the winter, hopefully it will allow for an unfit man ...so far so fantastic!”

“I still haven't been able to assemble the exercise bicycle I ordered because the screws were not delivered. I rang customer services and explained I did not have any screws, waited for 5 days only to receive a package containing three handles and an allan key. One mistake is poor service, but for two things to go wrong seems exceptionally bad. What process is in place for ensuring that the right parts are included in the packaging. ?”

“The cross trainer took about 30 minutes to assemble. The motion is really smooth when in use. Just a note of caution, mine is in the garage and I am only 180cm and I almost touch the rafters. Thus wasn't something I thought about before purchase”

“The ordering & delivery service was excellent. The quality of the exercise bike was less good. The handlebar slot required freeing up. The reistance mechanism, pre fitted, was not connected & we await an engineer's visit to rectify.”

“I have purchased this to help be get fit for major cancer surgery but as yet not been able to get it to pick up a strong enough to down load any of the maps, my access time to use my bike is quite limited so sorry to say at this point i am very frustrated with my purchase.”

“Not that easy to assemble but the effort was worth it. The only disappointment is the inability to obtain the RPM on the control console instead of speed.”
