“Brilliant machine. Just what we needed. Easy assembly but you do need two people to unpack and move the base around. It is very quiet andblooks sturdy. We had no problem getting it going.”

“Treadmill is adequate, but the associated applications & software are poor to average. The biggest let down is that once you've purchased the hardware you're then sucked into a myriad of upgrades. You have to purchase the basic iFIT package just to supply minimal data (even then this can go missing) for export to e.g Strava. A potential customer of NordicTrack has probably been duped into thinking the hardware is all singing and dancing but in reality you have to keep increasing your iFIT subscriptions to get the full benefits from your equipment.”

“I recently purchased a Commercial 2450 treadmill and am delighting with what I bought. I did extensive research before purchasing and this treadmill ticked all of the boxes. It also had some great review videos on You tube. Its very well built and extremely heavy. I needed the help of 3 others to get the parts up stairs (the belt and motor assembly is the only heavy bit really). I had it assembled in approx. 1.5 hours and apart from lifting the screen section on I did it all on my own. The functionality of the machine is very user friendly and in a matter of minutes I was up and running (literally) it connected to the internet at the first time of asking and the in-built programs are very useful. They do push you to subscribe to IFit but you don't need too and I haven't as of yet. the machine itself is very well built and loads of things have been put in place to enhance the experience when using the equipment. I bought this to replace a 1999, so nearly 18 years old. I had never heard of Nordic track before I purchased this treadmill but I was convinced after I had done my treadmill and I am still more than happy with my decision”

“Unfortunately my Nordic hasn't been delivered yet due to delivery company only realising my delivery was a 3 man delivery so they cancelled on the day of delivery”

“Having paid for a Saturday delivery my treadmill did not turn up - i was told that the courier didn’t have a big enough van! (really!!). Contacted Nordictrack on the Monday - they apologised and re-arranged delivery for the following Saturday. Was contacted by the courier at 15:20 to tell me they would be with me at 16:00. They did not turn up!! Tried to contact customer services but no joy there either. I have now wasted two Saturday’s in a row waiting for a treadmill that has never arrived! This is quite easily the worst customer experience I have ever had! I could have purschased via my Amazon Prime account and had no problems at all. I think I will cancel my order on Monday and purchase a treadmill from a reliable source. Such a shame but I recommend you look elsewhere it you actually want to receive your goods.”

“Seven days ago our x7i incline trainer was delivered. Firstly the delivery people couldn’t get the box through our very wide door so unpacked it in the lorry. Then we put it together and plugged it in with excitement. Nothing happened! Finally today an engineer came out to look at it and announced tha5 it probably has a faulty mother board so now we have to wait for a replacement. One to be sent out. No idea when it will actually be working but not impressed so far.”

“Love this Space Saver SE7i. It was very easy to put together and very easy to use. I have used it most days since I got it. The stride length is only 18ins, but that is not an issue for me as I am 5'8" tall. It is big so ensure you have the space. Very efficient and friendly sales staff. I have been using cross trainer circuits from YouTube on my iPad, so see no value in paying for IFit. My only criticisms are 1) the fact that it cannot be connected to any Bluetooth device but the ifit. 2) HR monitor is only via the fixed handles. 3) The black plastic covers could be a better fit on the upper half of the trainer.”

“This was such a disappointment and waste of time! After purchasing a £799 crosstrainer (on sale, initial price was £1499) and unwrapping it (which took quite a long time and made a lot of mess), we couldn't even put it together because it was faulty( the frame was bended and the screws wouldn't fit). I honestly thought that the price would be proportionate with the quality. Obviously not the case!”
