“The initial delivery was made, but someone (here) moved the items without telling me. I rang Non-Consumables and was dealt with in a very prompt and professional manner. Xavier organised re-delivery within 24 hours - during which time I realised that it was I who had erred. I rang back to apologise and was treated with similar professionalism. Fortunately, my error was acknowledged and a mutually acceptable outcome was agreed. I have nothing but praise for Non-Consumables and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”
