Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“The purchase part went amazingly well however I still haven’t received the bed and have now cancelled my order because after 17 days I still haven’t had notification that my bed is on the way. XDP express the courier company are the worst I have ever come across and I hate to think what their poor service is doing to your company! Do yourselves a favour and use a different courier. Will never order from you again because of this”

“Really pleased with the design and how quickly it could arrive. Bought three pieces of the Otto set. All three turned up with chips, scratches and dents. It was all well packaged and we’re happy with the overall quality but disappointed with the damage. Customer service offered to replace the parts damaged but then said we’d have to be sent the entire piece again and then send back the rest which we could face again. Also, the drawer size is very small- in the 6 drawer set you can fit about 4 T-shirt’s in each drawer max which isn’t very practical for two people.”

“Delivery came in parts with poor communication. Second delivery was late and not in the time slot communicated. So had to wait around as no new time slot could be given. Then the product sent was incorrect. Response to emails was slow so I now have a half built bed while I wait for the correct parts to arrive. There is also damage to some of the wood but it just isn’t worth the hassle to get replaced.”

“The toy box is perfect in the size and quality just very disappointed in the little chip on the lid that is visible! This was a surprise gift for our son for our first grandchild so wanted it to be perfect.”

“The part in between the two drawers arrived slightly damaged and the gaps are a bit too big around the drawers as well so slightly disappointed with how much it costs.”

“I love the bed for my princess! I would have loved if purchase allowed assembly assistance. The bed looks the size of a single also when putting up the bed a few of the wooden parts were missing therefore needed to purchase myself to complete the bed. But nonetheless bed is beautiful and suits my baby girls room perfectly.”

“Order a tv unit, came very quick. It was HORRENDOUS to assemble, so fiddly and so many pieces. My husband and I are good at DIY but this was awful to do. The pieces weren’t great quality and some broke whilst assembling. The drawers didn’t fit properly so one we can’t use as an actual drawer. Poor quality and awful to put together, spend the extra money and buy one from a decent shop, I wish I had!”

“I ordered the Karlstad 6 Drawer Chest of Drawers in White. It arrived in two separate orders (boxes) over two separate days. Boxes were badly damaged and held together with shrink wrap, I e mailed the company with pictures before I opened the boxes with my concern. To my horror I opened one box and almost the entire Wood was damaged the top, severely. I e mailed them with no response. I tried to google company for contact number but no response. I then saw the reviews and my heart sunk. Thankfully, I paid using Klarna, and they paused payment and said they would give the company time to resolve issue and then they would investigate the matter. Weeks went by, and after countless e mails and the company not reading my e mails (previous) I decided to take it upon my self and make the 3 hour round trip drive to their warehouse to drop off the damaged items. I asked if I could take a new replacement set, but was advised it allowed due to COVID. A few days later, the drawers arrived and were undamaged. I wasn’t offered any compensation for my journey, but didn’t expect anything, just wanted to get rid of the boxes hanging around and the situation to be sorted. Customer service isn’t great, but it’s not too bad if you speak face to face, as the lady did as she promised sent confirmation e mail and items by courier. My advice is pay with Klarna and take pictures. The chest of drawers is great, and it’s very sturdy, drawers close lovely, and despite my bad experience, I will use the company again and have. I have also recommended the company to a friend who is looking for a cabin bed for his son.”
