Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Highly recommended. Noa and Nani have been brilliant. Customer services provided all the measurements and information we needed to decide on the right choice of furniture for our little ones room. The furniture is great value for money. We are very pleased with the quality , look and design. We pre ordered the Hampshire bed and Olaf trundle which were sent out quickly the moment they arrived in stock. They match perfectly together. We were kept updated on the progress of our order throughout. The delivery team were great , friendly and helpful. We are very happy indeed. The bed and trundle look fantastic in the room. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, very quick delivery and great bed for my son. There was some small damage to 1 of the bed pieces but as this was on the inside of the bed it won’t be noticed so hasn’t really caused any problems. It is quite a small room so this bed is perfect as it has plenty of storage but is still exciting for my sone with it being slightly higher. Very impressed, so much so have ordered 2 other beds from Noa and Nani for my daughters.”

“Absolutely lovely quality! The bed really is brilliant. The only issue is trying to attach the castle tent part. Can’t seem to figure it out as the instructions aren’t great on that bit. The rest is perfect.”

“The table is well build and substantial. I found it difficult to order on the website and the site confusing but I am pleased with the product. Fortunately the product was packed extremely well as the box was dented, ripped and fully to bits. It looked substantially packed but as if it had been extremely badly handle in transit. The product was not damaged phew 😅”

“Absolutely scam!! Please don’t buy from them! I’ve bought two pieces of furnitures and both have major problems. What’s even worse is I’ve been trying to arrange a return and been told it’s not possible to return as I accidentally destroyed the cover box. Sorry but I didn’t plan to return it in the first place as never experienced anything worse quality in life! And not I’ve got no choice but bin my hundreds of pounds.”

“I ordered this bed for my two and a half year old little girl. It was so easy to build and it is sturdy. Perfect 1st bed. I also ordered the mattress with it, really good price and high quality stuff. I love it.”

“This review relates to customer support, not the item. At the time of writing we have received and assembled the bed but after 3 weeks are still waiting on a response from customer service on the dimensions. We ended up taking a gamble that the dimensions quoted on the website were incorrect (which they were) and ordered anyway. Customer service on email and chat where useless.”

“I received this item! Half the bed is missing! No slacks for the mattresses to lay on!! And the whole butterfly canopy is missing. I have emailed waiting for response. There is no contact number. Be very wary before you part with your money with this company. I will update when I hopefully get a response. Also I now have a very disappointed granddaughter!!!”
