Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“There was a slight delay getting my delivery due to an issue with DPD, but when I emailed to find out what was happening I received a fast response and my delivery was sent out quickly. The communication was great. I haven't put the table up yet as waiting to move house, but I can't wait, lovely table and chairs at a great price.”

“The service of this place is appalling, not only they don't have a direct contact number for customers to call and enquire about orders placed but they do very little to correct mistakes or assist customers with their purchases. I ordered the Kara single bed and the deluxe mattress that goes with it two weeks ago and they have only delivered the bed, I am still waiting for the mattress to be delivered! Also, the bed is not the colour I wanted and even though I informed them of this error on the same day the order was made they've done very little, if not close to nothing to help me fix this mistake. Awful customer service!”

“SWIFT DELIVERY! AMAZING CHRISTOPHER MIDSLEEPER BED! My little monkey loves it! It's big enough even for my husband! Easy to put up, took 2 of us around 4 hours. The TREJO mattress is very soft & comfortable too. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the missing rungs from the ladder, but it's not a problem, we use our own step ladder for now.”

“We bought the Brighton bunk beds and are very pleased with them. They look great, and our kids love sleeping in them. Excellent customer service, very prompt at replying to emails. Would highly recommend.”

“Avoid! Terrible customer service. Table arrived damaged, quality was poor, cheap and wobbly, sent back, still no refund received weeks later. Cannot get in touch, avoiding my emails. Calls go to an o2 inbox with no option to leave message. Total con artists.”

“Christopher Midsleeper Treehouse with Slide in Grey I was very happy with this product from delivery through to assembly. It arrived in about 3 days from ordering (during the COIVD lockdown) and was very easy to put together. The end product looks very good and it is very sturdy. The children love it and aren't bored of it yet.”

“I cannot fault the bed itself, the quality for the price is good and is the 2nd bed I have bought from Noa & Nani. However the bedframe arrived damaged and over week after the slats were delivered due to the incompetency of Parcel Force, which is obviously no fault of Noa & Nani. I found it very difficult to get a resolution through customer services. After numerous attempts to get them to simply replace the damaged package, it was over 2 weeks later after escalation to PayPal when I was offered a 25% discount. Horrible experience for the kids, who were excited to share a room for the first time, having to sleep in temporarily arrangements, now in a damaged bed after 3 weeks of unnecessary hassle. Not impressed!”

“Fantastic item, so sturdy and well made, only took 20 mins to put together. The colour matches perfectly with the bed and trundle I got from noa and nani, really happy. Delivery was literally 2 days after ordering :) love it”

“I'm hoping to perhaps get some attention from your customer support team. I'm sure the bed is lovely, but I'm still waiting for it. Order #80954 placed April 20th. 2 boxes of 4 delivered on 22nd April. Since then we have sent perhaps 15 emails to customer service (phone lines down) and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED FULL ORDER. Box 3 of 4 arrived yesterday, but box 4 still hasn't been shipped and I can't seem to get customer services to understand this. We had no notification that the order wasn't delivered in full, so had dismantled our kids old beds to build the new one, so they've been huddled together in 1 spare bed for 2 weeks. PLEASE can someone send the final box??? Happy to do a proper review once we have the bed - please someone just finish our order or come and take this away and I will order from Dunelm instead.”

“A great bed, we like what we have bought and our daughter loves to sit in her room and study now, thanks for that Noa & Nani, however all the great things said, we paid for named day delivery, would of been better off leaving it as next day delivery, as when we chose named day it came a week later than our chosen date. And we had to pay carpenter £40 to fix the issue with it, there were pieces of timber not level and pieces of timber covering fixing holes, Then to top it off we one of the slat bearers was half missing, so had to renew that whole piece. Despite the bad things said we are very happy with what we bought now and don't think we could of made a better choice for the money paid. Just the Noa & Nani guys need to tighten up on their service and quality checks.”

“Lovely bed. Seems sturdy. Bought for my 10 year old. Think the paint will chip fairly easy if you are not careful. Deducted one star as wasn't made aware the bed frame arrived on separate days. We took down our daughters old bed ready to make this one only to realise after opening the box that we only had half a bed. Had to wait another week for the other half of the bed to arrive so daughter had to sleep on mattress on the floor as her old bed wouldn't go back together.”

“I purchased a max bunk bed and was very impressed with the quality of the bed. It was very easy to put together as everything was labelled clearly and string and sturdy. Unfortunately there were a few slats missing for the seat part of the bed and the wrong cushions were sent but after emailing, this was soon rectified.”
