Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“I am absolutely appalled with how this company has treated me, I ordered a bunk bed from them and had to cancel the order because I had put the wrong address. They still tried to deliver the item and we had turn it away to be returned, the delivery company claimed it was delivered and the item was never returned. I have now been conversing through emails about receiving my refund and all now I have not received it. It took the company seconds to take my money and weeks later I still have not received my refund. I asked for a phone number to speak to a manager or somebody and they have totally disregarded my question all now no phone number, they only want to converse via email and they take 24 hours to reply. Worse mistake of my life ordering g from here. I just want my money back!!”

“Looks cheap. Wouldn't buy anything from here again. Not worth £200, may as well have purchased from IKEA for half the price. Also wouldn't leave the item with a neighbour or in safe place as requested after paying £20 next day delivery. It should be stated that you need to be in to receive the delivery.”

“Products never arrived. Nobody answers the phone , they took the money but didnt have the stock, the old saying buyer beware springs to mind !!!! This is a true and honest review dont be fooled. It shows stock when you order , but that is obviously a fabrication. After alot of chasing we did eventually get refunded, but we had to chase for it. The company blamed the courier but the courier never had the goods and we paid extra for a special deivery, the courier compant were very helpful and honest, but they are an independent company so dont blame them for the priblems caused by the supplier”

“This service I have received has been absolutely poor, customer service takes about 5009 hours to reply to your emails. I have been messed about sooo much both times I received my parcel I have only ever received the cushion and basket with no storage base. This issue has been on going for over 3 weeks and no one seems to care about the situation. I am now waiting response for another replacement parcel as I have received another cushion and basket.”

“Really good quality furniture. Came flat packed and pretty straight forward. Everything was excellent, spare screws etc also. Only issue was the extremely rude delivery man who left parcels in a puddle all morning. Think they need to get a better delivery service!”

“The table is a nice functional little table, what I expected. It arrived but couldn't put it together as one of the leg attachments wasn't right. I contacted noa and nani and they sent me a new table straight away but I had no correspondence however. In the end it arrived so thanks.”

“This arrived with one of the wrong pieces. Almost a month later and I'm still waiting for the correct piece to be sent to me. They recently delivered a huge box which looks like a return from someone else for a different item rather than the one small piece needed to complete my dressing table. I'm sure it will be good when finally finished....”

“I cannot review the item unfortunately as I never received it. After two weeks of waiting and contacting them myself they told me the courier had lost it and have no more in stock so will have to refund. Waste of time.”

“I ordered the item for next day deliver and paid extra,after a week still no delivery. Kept emailing no response, then got a reply after threatening to go to trading standards..I'm now waiting for a refund.. not impressed very poor customer service. Will never use again.”

“Hi, I am very dissatisfied. I shouldn't even have received this review as I am in the process of returning the item. The item on unpacking the item ku has a huge crack on the side under the base of the table top. I am in the process of returning it , and what a mess it has been. No one calls or follows up on your request made or any information regarding the refund process and also if I will be changed for the item to be returned. The store is quick to take money and orders but always slow and the returns. Very dissatisfied as I ahve bought previously items before and the service was good .”
