Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“The bed itself is nice. Delivery was shocking though. Be warned it says 14 to 21 days but will be delivered within 2 days so you will have to wait in the house (and the delivery company tracking was incorrect and gave the wrong time) which meant 3 trips back and forth from work in between meetings to try and catch the driver!! This should have been explained when purchasing. Also be aware the bottom of the bed (drawers and pull out mattress) is not actually joined to the top bed so not connected at all. Still my daughter likes it.”

“Products on the site are all lovely but a lot were out of stock. The bed we chose is very nice and comfortable. I think it needs to be clearer that next day delivery only applies if you order before 9am as this isn't obvious. I was very impressed with the communication regarding my first order as I had ordered a bed but the wrong sized mattress and someone emailed me to let me know so that I could amend it.”

“This is a nice bed, the instructions are a bit unclear at the end when you supposed to fit the screws onto the slats and the desk, there is an awkward part when fitting them. There are like 30 screws that need hand screwing to the slats, takes ages and need to be done manually.”

“Totally unacceptable! My order # is 387637. Besides the late delivery, I have requested clearly that you need to ask your courier to confirm with me prior to delivery. However, again, they came without notice and my neighbor need to keep it for me. It’s a bed frame!!! It’s very heavy!!! And it’s very long and difficult to handle. I’m totally angry with your service!!!”

“Product arrived within 2 days, even though the lead time was 14 days. This caused issues as we purchased it for a house move which was happening 3 days after the order and the only customer service suggestion was to leave the massive boxes with neighbours we hadn’t even met yet!! Helpful. Thankfully the courier service was more helpful. Once I started to put the bed together I got half way through which took 2 hours and realised I was missing a bolt and they had included an extra screw for a different part. I went on the website hopeful of finding a phone number to contact but they don’t seem to offer this! I completed the online form with a picture of the issue and received a notification that I’d receive a response within 2 days. 5 days later and a further email sent and I’ve still had no contact from the company! I’m now stuck with a half made bed in my daughters room which is taking up loads of space and despite further attempts to reach the company over social media I’ve drawn a blank. Never had such non existent after care, I’m now going to have to source the bolt myself to complete the bed! Wouldn’t use them again! They need a customer service phone number or to respond to emails in a timely manner!!”

“The only reason I’ll give a 4* is because of delivery, missing boxes and had to wait another 4 days! BUT other than that the bed are wicked, very easy to put together my 3 boys love them.”

“Wish I'd found this page before buying from them! Awful customer service. Their website clearly states re: cancelling an order that "If the item has not been dispatched then we will process the cancellation and the refund immediately." This is a complete lie. I contacted them after putting my order through to cancel it, and they said they couldn't process the refund. So I now have a chest of drawers I don't want (or I could pay 45 quid to return it - !)”

“Lovely bed, excellent quality for the price. We have bought two of these now for our twins. Easy to assemble by one person. Only downside is the courier company noa and Nani use, very frustrating to deal with.”

“Really like my new bench table looks great and takes up much less room than my previous table. Looks smart and modern. The product is mostly all good however part of one of the benches wood split slightly. Didn't notice until built the thing. Delivery of the product wasn't great they delivered the package without any notification when I wasn't I'm and left it in my front garden. Luckily I wasn't away my holidays!”

“This was delivered in a timely manner but prices were missing once my son began to put it up missing slats bed feet and the plastic for the slide despite numerous emails (no phone line ) we have have been asked to send photos of the bed and what is missing I have never known customer service like it !!! In fact there is none why would we make up about what is missing !! What do we gain my son has a three year old and a 20 month year old who he’s been sleeping on the floor until this matter is resolved I am actually appalled by the numerous emails and questions we have been asked at the end of the day just get on and send what is missing we are not asking for a new bed”

“DO NOT BUY FROM NOA AND NANI THEY ATE SCAMMERS. The best way I can describe this company is an absolute shower of s**t. Ordered a bed for our son and over a month later and several emails later we still haven't received it or a refund. We have no idea were the bed or our money is. This company is out to scam people. Trying to contact them via phone is non existent and they rarely reply to emails. Avoid at all costs.”

“Ordered 2 sets. Both delivered with damage due to courier. Emailed them and got a response pretty much next working day with options how I would like to proceed. Great customer service. Shame the courier let them down, but would 100% order again!”
