Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“The bed is quite strong but the chair slats seem less sturdy. It arrived when it was meant to and everything was in the package. Fairly easy to put together, everything was labelled although we put one piece upside down and had to redo the seats. If you need to contact anyone it is only by email and goes through a system before being replied to. You may not speak to the same person twice or have continuity in the conversation. This meant it took along time to get an answer to a question.”

“Bought a lovely coffee table. Unfortunately when it arrived it had a chip in it and as a result i spoke to their customer services department. I can't fault them at all!! It was handled so quickly an efficiently. Was really impressed and very thankful”

“I have used noa and nani for a few different items... one being a bunk bed for my oldest child and the quality is great! He loves it! Also a chest of draws! Which are great quality too! This website is easy to use and when ordered delivery doesn’t take forever and a day! Great! I will be ordering again due to illness my boy won’t be able to use the ladders anymore... so definitely will be back to purchase another in the near future... great quality, modern and affordable! Perfect!”

“Great customer service. Fast and realiable company. I ordered a bed and have other products from this company. Items came before expected delivery which was brilliant and I was informed by text about my delivery. Cannot fault their products on price or quality. The bed was easy to assemble with simple instructions and sturdy once built.I built the mid sleeper by myself. Most importantly my daughter loves it. I will definitely be using this company in future and certainly recommend. The items I have had are solid wood and not flat pack rubbish.”

“purchased the camille wardrobe to go with the chest of draws purchased last year .Great product fast delivery. “Shocking customer service paid for next day delivery to receive the item 3days later I received no email for proof of purchase. I have also sent emails to try to get a refund for next day delivery an not received 1 reply.”

“This company is excellent. Lovely products, but especially great customer service. Delivery was super quick too! The only downside was that the dresser took a while to build, but that's understandable for such a big piece of furniture. Would definitely buy again!”

“Bed was delivered well packaged wrapped up. Very clear instructions. Bed looks good - I like the way the screws have little covers to hide them. Delivery however - was a bit of a disaster. Nao Nani appear to use XPD in UK - the consignment was split across two days, the second consignment the delivery driver sort of hovered outside on the road then left without conducting the delivery - and as for the XPD website where you are supported to try and sort out these complications - it is a total disaster and I wasn't able to get anything done with it (even after having been forced to download their app on to my phone).”
