Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“The bed is well made and my 4 year old daughter loves the slide and tent/Castle. Unfortunately the wrong tent package was sent but this was sorted quickly and the new one issued the next day. Still waiting for bed pockets to arrive too.”

“Great bed and my little one loves it too! My partner put the bed up and it was fairly easy to do. It's very sturdy and easy on the eye too! The mattress is comfy and of good quality aswell. I would definitely recommend thos to anyone!”

“Initially when it arrived and seen the parts to it I wasn't impressed but by the time I put it together I was pleased. Very easy to construct and the hardware to keep it together looks sturdy. Only downside was customer service is shocking and the courier service was a joke (only delivered 3 out of 4 boxes, supposedly that was ok from company!!) So had to waste 2 more days waiting.....shocking service but the bed seems good with storage as required!”

“Awful experience and awful customer service. We were so surprised and disappointed after so many positive reviews on this website. We ordered a table/chairs and bench set up through Noa and Nani but on assembling the chairs, we noticed they were damaged and generally of poor quality. We returned all 3 chairs but have not received a full refund for all three of the chairs we returned. We requested to speak to management and requested some explanation as to why but despite many messages back and forth we have been palmed off each time… We haven’t even had an apology! I have tried to log an official complaint too, but again this has fallen on deaf ears. We will never be using this company again, nor recommending them to anyone else. Highly recommend looking into other more reputable companies before placing and order through Noa and Nani. Really not worth the aggravation should you have a problem with your order.”

“Half the order turned up currently missing slats for the “sleep centre” and cushions. Boxes turned up filthy. Tried contacting Noa and Nani on several occasions and they’ve stopped replying. Useless company go else where.”

“In June 2020 I ordered a cabin bed. This arrived promptly but I could not complete the building of a chest of draws as the had sent the wrong part (2 left side pieces of the draw instead of a left and right). They could not provide me with the missing part. I waited over a year for the component to come back in stock at which point they sent me out a replacement set of drawers. On opening this I discovered I had been sent the wrong set of drawers. After quite a bit of hassle they agreed to collect the incorrect item and issue a refund which I have not received a month after they claimed to have credited my account. The onus is still on me to provide evidence from my bank that I have not received this money. The failing in quality control, competence and infringement of my statutory rights is appalling and I would not recommend this company at all. An extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory experience all round.”

“Bought this bed as a surprise present for my daughter. Unfortunately, the bed was delivered without the bed slates and all the tent accessories and couldn't find any contact number to phone. Had to wait a least a day to receive email replies from them who promised that I will received the remaining of the items the next day but nothing came. I had to write to them 3 times for them to finally say that they will resend the items (so they were just bluffing during the first 2 emails saying it will arrive soon???) Finally they confirmed that the rest will be delivered via DPD next day and then it's delivered to a complete WRONG address in different part of the country! I just can't described how upset I am seeing my daughter in tears again and also this is a serious break of client confidentiality as I can see the person's full name and their address of whom the parcel has been wrongly delivered to. This company needs to have a serious investigation into this.”

“I love the bed for my princess! I would have loved if purchase allowed assembly assistance. The bed looks the size of a single also when putting up the bed a few of the wooden parts were missing therefore needed to purchase myself to complete the bed. But nonetheless bed is beautiful and suits my baby girls room perfectly.”

“I purchased a single bed and matching chest of drawers for my daughter. The price was very reasonable. Delivery was very quick. Putting the items together was simple enough. Instructions don't come with each item which is a fantastic way of saving paper. Under each item on the website is a link to it's instructions. I did find that the instructions and parts for the bed were different on the instructions compared to what i actaully got but i figured it out and was fine. Both items are very sturdy and look fantastic in my daughters room. Both the bed and drawers have enough clearance underneath for storage. I will be returning to noa and nani again in the future.”

“This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have had. Firstly the bed arrives with no fixtures or fittings so we could not put it together. Then when they finally arrived over half of the required fixtures and fittings were missing. I have emailed SO many times and go days with no response. I can’t call because no one answers the phone and for some reason no one is willing to call me. My daughter is currently sleeping on the floor, she has a half assembled bed in her room and we can’t complete it until someone actually responds to me and sends the parts. I’ll never shop from this company again and never will I recommend them .”
