Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“I ordered a 5 drawer chest of drawers for my bedroom. My partner built them over 3 hours to find there were a number of faults on the furniture and the top two drawers in particular didn’t line up, so they looked cheap and nasty. The after service was absolutely appalling. I was initially offered a small discount to keep the furniture which I declined; the customer service team made it almost impossible for me to return the furniture. I was informed that the furniture had to be screwed down again and flat packed exactly as I had received it. I explained that the boxes weren’t fit to return the furniture and asked whether I could be supplied with a box but I was told to go to my local supermarket to get some, I tried this but supermarkets and hardware stores destroy and flatten boxes then recycle, plus nothing was big enough for a large chest of drawers that has taken hours to build, then screw down again. I asked for a complaint address - I was refused and it’s so far taken over 10 emails of conversation. You can’t ring to speak to anyone, only email. My sister was going to purchase some furniture but I advised her to avoid. If the item is faulty there is no after service at all. I have no idea how my issue will be resolved. Very disappointed. Please avoid and purchase elsewhere.”

“This is a lovely looking bed which feels sturdy and safe. It was very easy to assembly; my husband built it on his own in a few hours. The bed is ideal for the small bedroom we have as there is ample storage space underneath. Also, the position of the ladders saves floor space. The addition of the pine adds to the look of the bed, making it stand out from other all white mid sleepers. Great value for money. My daughter is 7, but tall for her age, but this bed feels very secure and doesn’t creak with every movement - something I was worried about. I’m sure this midsleeper will last her many years. Very happy with the purchase, customer service and quick delivery.”

“Looked everywhere for the perfect bookshelf then found this bargain. Easy peasy ordering and all the pieces clicked together in minutes! It hung really well too with the hanging parts already built into the back. I think it looks great in my little boy's room. Pros: Sturdy item and fast delivery. Cons: None!”

“I didn't receive my order as I cancelled it,I ordered on the 4th paid for a delivery date and you choose the day of delivery to tell me its out of stock. shocking service,you should have checked the stock after I purchased better yet make sure to have stock in first so nobody can purchase and make the same mistake.”

“Actually beyond brassed off with my aftercare . Ordered a bed for my partially disabled son and the footbed a the end was missing. Contacted your services and disgusted at still no resolution. First response was oh it does not include a headboard or foot board days later . Yes it does have you checked and opened your boxes ? Well of course I had or I would not be missing it . Son is sleeping with me and my husband. I contacted trading standards and will be calling them again if it's not dealt with . Reviews on this company are on par with the treatment I've received. I've no words but avoid avoid avoid”

“The bed arrived a day early with no communication meaning the delivery was missed. I had to source additional screws for the bed at my own inconvenience and cost which was very disappointing. Customer service is non-existent with replies, if any, being received days later. I will never order from this company again and wished I’d have shopped from a well-known company instead of taking the risk!”

“No one replies to emails. You can only contact them by email as they have no phone number. Suspicious company with lots of bad reviews received already. Just look on trustpilot. Believe me just save your money and order from somewhere else. I’m still waiting for missing pieces!”

“One of two parcels arrived (still waiting for the parcel containing the ned slats) ..... broken step on ladder. No reply to calls or emails. We have a very sad little girl who can’t use her new bed!”

“Delivwey was very quick and the courier left clear instructions for when it was left with a neighbour. The price is great as the table and chairs are really good quality. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that one of the chairs has a minor crack in it and also a blue mark which won't come off.”

“Great bed. However, I was sent the wrong tent and I’ve still not had a reply about exchanging it as well as help to resolve another issue with a previous purchase. I would still recommend the bed but customer service needs a bit of improvement.”

“I have no issue with the product itself, but please think twice before using this company - they are horrendous to try to deal with. It took 4 deliveries over several weeks for me to receive my item in full. The company will not take calls, and will take 4-6 days to issue evasive responses to customer emails. Once Noa & Nani have your money, you will be completely at their mercy. Now I've followed your vague instructions and posted my review and picture, can I have my £50 cashback without a further fight please Noa & Nani?”

“Great single bed! Easy to build and looks fab! Delivery of the bed was dodgy. Only half of it arrived in the first place, 10 days later the rest arrived.”
