Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

We have been trying every means possible, now contemplating going to their business address, no goods, no contact, no phone number on website ... trading standards and trust pilot being contacted today in sheer desperation

Brought a mid sleeper for my granddaughter. took a couple of weeks to put it up as the decorator was running behind. when we came to put it together the part where the slide attaches and is already built was split. I contacted the company but did not get a reply. The only email address I could find was a newsletter one. I later contacted live chat and still, i did not resolve it. So I have a bed that is unsafe to use.

Very happy with the bed itself, looks great. Son is very happy with the final product. Had an issue with delivery, as a part of the bed wasn’t delivered when the other parts were. So had to wait a few days for the missing part (couriers fault not the company) Customer service were extremely helpful and apologetic about the situation which I was grateful for. Quite difficult to put together at certain parts, but got there in the end.

I have tried calling your number and left voicemails as it just goes to answerphone. Emails are bot responded to. The delivery is incorrect as you have sent 3 bunk beds , a bench and table. Please call me ASAP

The delivery service was absolutely shocking. I came home to find the packages outside my front door on my drive and with such short notice notifying me of delivery I could not work from home. Maybe if I was told it was going to be delivered the day before rather than on the day I could have arranged this. In regards to building the bed, the instructions were not clear at all and very confusing. Possibly the worst set of instructions I have ever had to use. Also, the trundle cannot fit a normal sized mattress and so we have to lift the bed up to get the bed from underneath out every time we want to use it. Maybe it would be better if the bed was a tad higher so there was a bigger gap for the mattress to fit under it.

Bed is brilliant quality my issues are with receiving single bed slats for a double bed and cant get in touch with anyone to rectify the problem so my son is having to sleep on a mattress on the floor

It's been a week now since the bed I ordered was delivered incomplete... I have tried multiple times to get in contact with no reply. Customer service is non existent and this company intentionally make it impossible to contact them once they've taken your money. Don't give these people a penny.

I can’t really rate this product as it has failed to be delivered to me by the delivery company. It is nearly a week since the original delivery was meant to be here. I am fully aware delivery companies are struggling at the moment as I also work in retail but the communication between the delivery company myself & this company has been appalling. No one has informed me of when or if this bed will be delivered this week.

Order this bed, 2 weeks passed so I sent an email to see where it was. Turns out it was lost in transit. New one sent out straight away. Received 1 week later. Then to discover it was missing the slats. Was pretty annoyed but they were sent out after a few email exchanges. Couple of imperfections on the bed but nothing that would effect the use. Got that sorted through email with customer service. Regardless of those issues my daughter loves her new bed. Shame about missing parts and imperfections and that it was almost 4 weeks before we managed to get the bed up properly due to issues but overall happy with the bed.

We recently ordered the Una sleep station for my boy and we have been mostly pleased with the look and quality. The screws and fittings for the chest if drawers were not the best quality but when I contacted customer services, they were prompt to respond and offer options for replacement, refund etc. The delivery of the products wasn't the best because you were not able to have flexibility regarding the date of delivery and not all items were available on first delivery, which we were not made aware of beforehand. However, as mentioned, customer services were on hand and responded promptly to our emails.

I have still not received the bed and have no guarantee of when I will get it. I requested a refund for the special delivery I paid extra for and have had no response to that question. The telephone number is not in use and no-one ever answers the phone and i have to chase them to find out where my bed was. They did not even have the decency to let me know it was not coming.

Sadly, Noa and Nani sent the wrong item.. and communication is non-existent. There is no phone number to call to get it sorted ASAP as you would with other retailers. My email was answered on a Friday but then it all went quiet. I am in their hands entirely. It's really inconvenient having to repack the entire thing and then just wait for them to choose to get in touch. The product also looked incredibly flimsy so be warned. Sadly my confidence has been knocked in this company and I will be returning the other product I ordered too - in case that is packed or labelled incorrectly or is flimsy or there is no communication. Mistakes happen; it's how you rectify them that counts. So far I have been really disappointed.

Paid 30 for next day delivery, they attempted to deliver quarter of the bed for next day. I refused after reading terrible reviews. Noa nani only has an email to contact, this sent some alarm bells off so decided to cancel and buy from someone more trustworthy. Refund says 3 days to process on website, emailed on the third day they said it takes five days…. 5 days have passed still no refund.
