Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“We ordered the Thor Hello Kitty midsleeper bed. It arrived less than 48 hours later with standard delivery. It was easy to put together and very good quality and sturdy when built. The mattress is comfortable. Our Daughter loves the tent and overhead tunnel.”

“I ordered the White Single Hampshire bedframe, when delivered we only received the head/footer boards and the slats. I found a customer service number for them but it goes straight to o2 voicemail and they are not responding to my emails. One disappointed toddler here who was looking forward to his first big bed”

“sturdy wooden furniture at a decent price - similar styles seems to be much more expensive elsewhere. However, only chairs and bench received so far - table due within the next week. Hopefully this will be of the same standard! Support staff very helpful with a damaged part and are sending a replacement”

“The bed itself is nice and seems sturdy. However the company has let me down. I have ordered 2 beds and 2 mattresses on the 5th of February. 1 bed and 1 mattress has arrived quickly with no problem. The other bed arrived with the wrong slats and no mattress. I ended up cancelling the mattress and got a refund, but I am still waiting for the slats. The customer service is nice enough, but they just did not tell me where my order is. It is really not good enough, especially when you are dealing with children’s furniture and having to explain to your children why 1 can have her bed and the other one can’t. Very upsetting for a parent.”

“I was debating between this bed and another bed by another supplier - I wanted this one because the ladder was flush - it was easy to order and was delivered within a week. However the bed slats delivered were only 12 when it should if been 15 so it took me over 2 weeks to get this resolved by emailing constantly 3 times a day every day. Although the product is really excellent the customer service really lets the company down. We all appreciate Covid has delayed items and staff are furloughed so I feel for the staff but you really shouldn’t take peoples money if you cannot provide the service required. Jodie did reply to me about 2 days after each time and my issue was resolved so I thank her for that. But as a company overall I wouldn’t use again. The bed however was perfect for what I wanted, really stable and good quality.”

“Have bought several items from Noa and Nani and have always been delighted. Latest purchase 5 drawer Camille unit. Excellent quality, easy to assemble and very sturdy. Drawers are huge and lovely to have proper smooth runners on. Definitely my ‘go to’ furniture site.”

“I ordered the treehouse window and door accessories and they absolutely finish the treehouse bed off perfectly. Yes they aren’t cheap but the quality is beyond question - it’s so well made - easy to add on and I’m glad I went for them - my son loves to sleep with his windows canvasses closed - makes the inside extra cosy And can be easily removed without marking the frame If they need to ever come off.”

“Ordered and paid for good in January, refused delivery 2nd February as goods were damaged, both ourselves and the delivery company reported the damage on 2nd February back to Noa and Nani, the delivery company had photographed damage and confirmed all goods were returned to Noa and Nani within days. Subsequently we tried contacting Noa and Nani via email (as recommended on their website which promises a 72 hours response ), by phone, by Facebook and even via the delivery company. No response at all, not even an acknowledgment, even in these challenging times a response and replacements as the goods are still advertised as in stock should be manageable?”

“ORDERED OLIVER BED AND MATTRESS ON 23/11/20 BITS CAME IN DRIBS AND DRABS OVER THE NEXT MONTH.BUT NO MATTRESS SO SENT A EMAIL HAD A REPLY SAYING THERE HAD BEEN A MIX UP SO CANCELLED MATTRESS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND. SO STARTED TO BUILD ON THE 23/12/20 AS A CHRISTMAS SURPRISE FOR MY DAUGHTER SO ORDERED A NEW MATTRESS FROM AMAZON CAME NEXT DAY BUT THE BED WAS MISSING BED FRAME HAD BROKEN CUPBOARDS AND 2NO DESKS. COMPLAINED SENT PICS. THEY ADVISED THEY WOULD REPLACE. THAT WAS THE LAST EMAIL I RECEIVED 5 WEEKS AGO. SO TAKING THESE IDIOTS TO COURT.”
