Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Failed to deliver the item on 2 occasions cancelled on morning of delivery Customer service only via email and slow to respond. Live Chat seems to be quicker (When activated) Kept being put off with "someone will come back to you with an update" Phones are switched off due to Covid restrictions Was very difficult to get a cancellation and refund. I'm sure its great when things go right, its a terrible experience when things go wrong”

“We are very happy with the Una Bunk Bed that we purchased from Noa and Nani. It's a very sturdy bed and was relatively straightforward to build. The delivery came very promptly and there were no issues. Our son loves it! However, the cashback process is quite complicated, otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. I'm still not 100% convinced that it is going to come through, but the online chat that I used to get a response was smooth and the advisor was helpful.”

“Our boys are thrilled with their new bunkbed. Was really simple and easy to put together. Everything labelled and instructions were simple to follow at each stage. It’s a very sturdy bunkbed and we are delighted with it.”

“This is a nice and thick mattress and is very comfy! However it came wrapped in a lot of plastic which was unnecessary and the amount could have been reduced.”

“I purchased from this company based on reading the reviews about it. What a mistake, I got the item delivered fine until i discovered that they had sent the wrong item. This is when everything went wrong, we tried to contact them on the e-mail which is on the website and states that they would get back to you in 72hrs (we are currently at 6-7 weeks) messaged them on Twitter and on Facebook no response and we can see they are still active on both platforms, we even found a phone number and rang that which went straight to an answer phone which we left a message on still no answer. I would warn people against using this company as they seem to be very poor at responding to missing or incorrect delivery's (search on google, twitter and facebook)”

“Very happy with my purchase of the Astrid Single Sleigh bed frame and a Deluxe mattress. Website is easy to navigate, prompt dispatch and delivery and it was fairly easy to put together. My only complaint is that two of the boxes were damaged on delivery but the product was not damaged luckily. My daughter is very pleased with her new bed.”

“I don’t even know where to start! Terrible company terrible service! Ordered a bed on a buy now pay later, it was not, they straight away took the money from my account! I emailed which they ignored, I then emailed again straight away saying I no longer wanted the product, they also ignored this, they then went on to send the product anyway with still no communication which I had said I no longer wanted charging me £30 for this delivery. When it turned up the box was damaged, and yes boxes get damaged in transit however this had been ripped open and sellotaped back together, I emailed again with pictures saying I cancelled this order and it needed to be collected, then they finally got back to me just repeating themselves saying that I would have to pay for it to get posted back! This is still going on now! They are just ignoring my emails! I ordered and cancelled this order on the same day (Saturday) it arrived Tuesday with no communication given to me, it’s now Friday and they are replying to my emails maybe once a day! I still have not been refunded and the product still has not been collected! I am completely disgusted with this! DO NOT buy from this company this product was £210 so not cheap! Quick enough to take your money but not to give it back when there is a problem, I’m so annoyed, I cancelled the product straight away so it shouldn’t even be on my property let alone the company having the cheek to try and charge me to send it back”

“Bought a sideboard which unfortunately had a fault on it. Contacted the company who dealt with the problem with grace and efficiency. Asked me to package the item, they arranged collection and refunded me with no delay. Excellent service”

“We ordered 2 single beds for our 2.5 and 5 year old children. The beds arrived much sooner than the allocated dates and we were sent a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery, this meant no waiting around all day. The beds were the Astrid and the Hampshire beds and they are of excellent quality and were so easy to put up. My children are over the moon!!!”
