Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Sent the wrong item. Have tried 3 times unsuccessfully to contact support. No response. Only option now is to charge it back and order from another company. Website is great, ordering process great but any level of support when things go wrong is not there. Shame.”

“Bought Una Bunk Bed recently and they delivered it in 2 days which is quick. The courier delivered one slats box missing but after contacting the customer service they reached the courier promptly and the missing slats also delivered the same day. My little ones are now so happy. I'm too.”

“Ordered two items, one was a present for someone else and was delivered earlier than expected which was great. The other item was out of stock but I was advised immediately and given various options including a different colour or wait till new stock came in. I chose the second option and it will be delivered tomorrow. Kept informed all along the process. Very happy with service.”

“These bunkbeds are beautiful- very well built with exactly the right amount of height clearance on the lower bunk. We have had them just over a month- they do not squeak or move when my eldest climbs to the top and I am happy to climb up there myself to change the bedding! I am so pleased we found NoaandNani, the beds were very reasonably priced and I have two very happy daughters. Bought the mattress for the top bunk and it is very comfortable (speaking from my own experience and also my daughter doesn't wake up all night!). Thank you!”

“Product looks nice but broke during assembly. Customer service has been abysmal since then: unclear communication, confusing messages, blatantly ignoring several of my questions, refusing to escalate my query to a manager... Really unpleasant experience so far and I am left with a broken product.”

“We bought the Gustavo folding table in white and are so pleased with it! We use it as a dining table and a desk, we just have one half open for the 2 of us which is the perfect size but you could easily fit 6 people around. It takes a little while to put together but instructions are clear and once up, it’s sturdy and good quality. It looks great in our living room!”

“This is a great bed. I purchased this bed for my sons fifth birthday and he absolutely loves it. Wood is sturdy and well put together. I waited until the day before to build it and discovered there was no hardware in any of the boxes so I was quite upset. Used the live chat to try and sort the problems don’t it was resolved pretty quickly although I haven’t been refunded my £30 for delivery as I was told I would I’m still very happy with the purchase overall”

“I ordered a display cabinet on Monday evening and it had arrived by Wednesday. It was fairly easy to assemble and the finished product feels sturdy and is exactly what I was looking for. I already have a Noa & Nani TV unit which I am equally as impressed with. Would definitely order from this company again!”

“I usually try to give good reviews but I'm afraid it is rather hard to do so with this company. My experience has not been great, I ordered a triple bunkbed which I am actually really happy with despite the fact that there were 5 screws missing to assemble the base of one of the beds, my children also really love it. However the bunkbed only came with two mattresses when I ordered three. Customer service did notify me that my delivery was a split so I was expecting my item to be delivered the next day especially as I paid extra for next day delivery. Its been a week now and after chasing it up I've been notified that the courier cannot locate the mattress. I was refunded the delivery fee but its just been so frustrating with the lack of communication from customer service, and just sheer incompetence.”

“The bunkbed is nice and easy to put together. My toddler loves it. However customer service has been awful. Mattress bought with bed to go on top bunk does not fit correctly which makes limbs slipping inbetween slats an issue. Customer service explained its meant to be that way and they are not interested in safety, returns at my cost only. Just be careful what you order and hope you don't have to contact customer service.”

“The bed itself is very good!! never seen one with two pull out trundles so for space saving with three children it is a must! The quality is good although the paint is extremely thin (you can see the colour of the wood throught it and certainly the knots etc) maybe some people like this, but if i order a white bed i expect it to be painted with a decent coat of white paint. The other negative is the price, definately not worth £360, its a premium as you cant buy this sort of thing elsewhere, either wait for it to go on sale or buy from their warehouse store!! nnwarehouse Customer service is extremely poor and getting hold of anyone is impossible! found only one phone number on google and it goes straight to an o2 voice mail! what sort of company has an o2 voice mail rather than a professional call system!?!?! overall the product is good but too expensive, the company is not so great”
