Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“I ordered this and 2 Otto mattresses, there was a mixup with the mattresses so they were cancelled and new ones ordered. They then cancelled the entire order including the bed and then four mattresses showed up, none of which the ones I ordered, was told the bed would be here too, still not arrived. Had to turn down 2 mattresses and take 2 other ones no idea if they’ll fit the bed until it arrives and still no update on it. Very poor service, around 2-3 days between replies so I have two mattresses in my front room waiting for a bed. Should have cancelled the whole thing and left it”

“Only 2 items of the delivery made. I was left without bed slats to support the mattress. They couldn't confirm a delivery. Appalling customer service. Had to purchase slats at my own expense. Unable to speak to anyone as they are working remotely and don't have an operational telephone line. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BED OR COMPANY.”

“Hands down the worse customer experience of my life. Paid for named day delivery but only got half my item. Angry but patient, I rearranged to be off from work another day and on the morning of wad told delivery was cancelled. I asked for a full refund and was told they would need to collect the other half. I explained that I could not take another day off work so would leave it outside to be told I would have to be in for collection. I already used my holiday up to be in for two failed deliveries so this isn’t possible for me. I’ve never had to do this but glad I reported this to my bank to get my money back and looking online, lots of people have too. You may have seen the glossy Instagram photos and be lured in, but if you are one of the unlucky ones (search Twitter, there are loads in my position and they delete comments of their Facebook page and Instagram) then you will have a world of pain trying to receive your item or your money back. Don’t gamble and use a reputable company, not these fraudsters who should be utterly ashamed of their existence.”

“The first delivery was damaged but another was quickly sent out after I flagged this. The wardrobe itself was easy to build, solid quality and looks good. The only downside is that the delivery company with Noa and Nani use aren't very good - for example, I was informed by the delivery company that my delivery would be between 18.30 and 20.30. It arrived at 11 am. And finally, while I got a replacement, I still have the broken one which I now have to recycle so that's a little frustrating”

“The drawers once made up are sturdy and nice . Unfortunately the instructions were not clear and with no customer service for 5 days this meant we were not able to use them for some time which was very annoying.”

“Unable to review as not opened packaging so not seen mattress. This is due to the bed we ordered at the same time arriving with a badly damaged part in box and no way of getting hold of this company to arrange replacement part to be sent - no response to emails, online contact forms and phone not being answered. Would love to be able to review this mattress but stuck with it still rolled up in packaging as unable to assemble bed that it was ordered with. Hopefully the company will contact me so I can assemble bed and open mattress packaging and leave an accurate review.”

“Unable to review as arrived with badly damaged part in box which I’m surprised passed QC then no way of getting hold of this company to arrange replacement part to be sent - no response to emails, online contact forms and phone not being answered. Would love to be able to review this bed as I think it has potential to be great but stuck unable to assemble due to damaged part and no contact - even more frustrated after paying £40 for quick delivery for a reason. Hopefully the company will contact me so I can assemble bed and leave a review based on its quality not customer service.”

“Unfortunately, I have not received my item that was due to be delivered last week and it has now been over 48 hours since my email and I have not received a reply about it either. The money has been taken from my account though. Disappointing.”

“Terrible! Took 2 people many hours of work to assemble. Some of the text-free instructions were incomplete. What seemed like almost 1000 screws had to be inserted. The drawers were described in the advertisement as partly metal, but the only metal components were screws and other fittings.”
