Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Awful company and service. Have placed an order, which wasn’t delivered on the right date. On top of this part of the order is wrong so am unable to put the bed together. Have contacted them 5+ times via email/message and no response and the telephone number doesn’t work. Am now stuck with half a bed and having to contact my credit card company to resolve - would avoid them!”

“We love our new bedroom furniture (Karlstad)! One package came damage which has chipped a bedside table and Noa and Nani have been extremely responsive and helpful and are collecting the item free of charge! Have recommended their furniture to everyone, amazing quality and service; thanks guys!”

“Delivery was great everything else a joke. We started putting the Karlstad Sideboard together everything seemed great finished the unit apart from the drawers and doors then as I turned the last page of instructions there was no information on how to put the hinges on the doors how hard can it be so I give it a go anyway we have tried every hinge on every door and none of it works so after looking at the parts there is 4 hinges the same and 2 different tried again and no matter what the doors dont fit on properly so I emailed the company frustrated then fully looked at page numbers on the instructions and it goes from step 12 to step 18 so a full page missing it could have been simple like the rest had they put them in but this isnt the that bad sometimes errors can happen but there was no response to my email till 2 days later when eventually I recieved a email saying the sorry weve had a back log of messages we can send you the instructions no problem. Then no response from this no instructions sent nothing so I've been waiting for 4 days with a unit with no doors and to be honest I dont even think the hinges are right because we have tried every combination and they just dont fit”

“Beautiful bed and looks sturdy. Would be easy to put together except no slats included?? No reference to them in the instruction book either? Two of the bolts also too short so had to source our own.”

“Seems sturdy enough, looks expensive. Delivery was not very good though, left my parcel outside in the pouring rain and no note through my letter box, only by chance I opened my back door and saw it.”
