Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Half of the item missing.had to contact you.luckily the driver informed me or I would of never knew.total inconvenience. Had to contact you.still waiting on missing part.asked for partial refund but you was having none of it.was your mistake.”

“Do not use this company, they lie through and through They sent me a product two years ago, it was damaged however they acted quickly to replace a part. I gave them the opportunity this time again and chose my daughters bed...never again! They use shoddy delivery services, the bed arrived severely damaged, infact every parcel on that van was heavily damaged. It took me over two weeks to address, and finally receive a refund after a change of lies about them sending out my bed again for delivery You can't call and speak to anyone, you can't live chat It's email only and to be Frank I don't believe this firm is as they state they are!”

“Ordered this for my daughters third birthday. Never received tracking number and the status said 3 week delivery time. It arrived in 7 days which was no problem but I was unable to track it at all. The bed is easy to build, not the sturdiest but I have a very happy toddler. The instructions for the princess tower tent were hard to understand. One piece arrived damaged and the customer service was fantastic and sorted it immediately. Not the most amazing quality but glad we got it; very cute”

“The Fairies Package (tent over the slide) that screws on the wooden bunk bed is potentially lethal...the flimsy metal frame shears at one mounting point and the other end splits the poor quality wooden frame. Absolutely dangerous rubbish. I am going to complain of their local Trading Standards. .. This is dangerous rubbish....a long way to fall for a small body.. AVOID AVOID. Oh...they don't want to know or contact you when you leave a telephone number on their" Contact us" Pathic customer care...”

“Awful experience I Ordered a dressing table that arrived damaged I tried to return it and the courier they use has said it’s been twice yet I have not had one courier visit to my house and jus want this huge box GONE OUT of my house The company takes days to respond also so I’ve been dealing with both us since June .. never again”

“DO NOT BUY FROM NOA AND NANI!!! Awful drawers flimsy poor quality and do not work as runners are faulty. Customer service TERRIBLE non existent, I have emailed at the time and no one has responded we cannot use this chest of drawers and want a full refund!!!”

“The delivery was long. Got rescheduled at very last minute which was a pain as I'd changed plans to be in for the delivery. When it came the bed was so damaged! Getting in contact with Noa and Nani about it was difficult, they didn't return my messages until a couple days later. Another bed was sent in replacement which was also damaged so was returned. Each time spoke to a different person which told me conflicting things, one "discard the broken bed yourself if you can" the next "please send the broken bed back to us all wrapped and sealed once received we will process a refund.." all was very stressful not a nice experience buying from this company at all. And I bought from them in 2019 not sure what's changed in that time but won't be buying again.”

“Bought a Moro bunk bed with slide plus FAIRIES PACKAGE. The metal frame is not fit for purpose. IT IS POSITIVELY DANGEROUS. The tube secured to the upright snapped and the other end of the tube shattered the "wooden" horizontal bar. It could not support my six year old Granddaughter. ..!!!”

“So I ordered the bed along with a mattress and draw. Draw and mattress fine no problems however the bed hadn’t been marked up properly for the screws to meet in several places which meant we had to glue places together rather than being able to assemble the bed together properly. My 3 year old had no bed to sleep in as we had just redecorated her room and disposed of her old bed therefore had no time to send it back and wait for a new one to arrive. I tried numerous times to contact them and their contact number just went to a voicemail, I then tried to contact them on social media and asked to called and was replied telling me to send and email I then asked to be called again several times as I wanted to actually speak to someone regarding the issues and was ignored. Having to glue pieces of a bed together is unacceptable and to then not be able to discus my issues with someone was even more frustrating. Personally I would avoid ordering from them again and for those that do be mindful of being ignored if you wanted to discuss any problems”

“If only i could review this product , but only part of it has arrived. Customer service advised 1 box was out of stock , but the other boxes had dispatched and asked what i wanted to do: cancel the order or wait for the parts not in stock. I said i would wait and happy to receive as things in stock. But now all I’ve received is the one box of parts that were out of stock and not the parts that were in stock and supposedly dispatched 3 weeks ago . I’ve now been sent an email to review?! Not a great impression of this company and no idea of the product!”

“The bed is fantastic but is still unfinished as the delivery company failed to deliver the slats for the bed. They have "attempted" to deliver them another 9 times in two weeks and they are still not here. The delivery company XDP have failed to reply to any queries and Noa and Nani have only got back to me yet. SO i have one 6 year old who loves paying under her bed but still cannot sleep in it. Worst delivery experience ever.”

“Lovely bed! Sturdy and well put together. However, there are two reasons why I’ve knocked off a star. Firstly, the instructions are so difficult to follow. After putting the main base together and starting to assemble the slide, it became apparent that the instructions are tailored to the bed without the slide, meaning we had to dismantle some of the bed, including the roof to take a panel out to fit a smaller one for the slide. A massive nuisance! The second reason is due to having a nightmare with delivery. We were not home for the first attempt and were unable to contact the delivery company. Rather than attempt delivery again, or make contact with us, our order was automatically cancelled. Lots of back and forth correspondence but it was eventually sorted for us. But the bed itself is a fantastic bed for little ones.”

“Only received part of the bed and 13 days later still waiting for the rest of it. My daughter has no bed to sleep I Minimal communication from the store, not prioritised to get it any quicker.”

“Order arrived with 1 box missing. The driver said he only had 2 boxes not 3. Still trying to get a reply from noa !! Not easy. I’ve taken days off work to build these but can’t even start !!! Not impressed”

“I’ve tried to contact Noa & Nani for the last week, but they are ignoring my emails while spamming me with requests to leave them a 5 star review in exchange of a side table, so I figured I’d adhere to part of their request by doing their review at least. Order was eventually received, but missing parts, which according to the other reviews it appears this is an unfortunate common theme. Wouldn’t order from again and wouldn’t recommend.”

“Looks great, bit of a pain to put together as the drawers are not all aligned at the top and the cupboard doors a little wonky. Received no communication regarding delivery until I contact noa & Nani, then I was told it was being delivered that same day. Good quality product.”
