“Been looking for an FTYPE R for around 4 years now. Came across this one locally at NMJ Motorhouse so I initially looked up the reviews on TrustPilot and popped along to have a look. I was met by Joe who I found to be calm and reassuring (not what I expect for a Car Salesman). I had a brief look at the car and pointed out a few things I want him to look at. We agreed on a test drive and he had resolved all of my questions/points. In addition I chose to have the ceramic coating (£399) which was a very good choice, the car is gleaming! For my Customer experience I have to give Joe 5 stars, very professional, attentive, honest, reassuring and a thoroughly good guy. Well done NMJ Motorhouse!”

“Joe gave us excellent customer service and we only ever go to him and NMJ for our cars including our other family friends! “Just picked up my new Mercedes from NMJ and I have got to say the service has been excellent! Start to finish it took 5 days and I managed to get a good price for my existing car which was even better. Would definitely recommend them when purchasing a vehicle. Would also like to mention Michael who sold us the car, he was very polite.”
