“I tried another well known national store , and they were unable to assist . I dropped NI Spares an email with a question on a saturday , and received a reply and offer of help very quickly. Once the item was identified , the part was immediately dispatched . The part was a aftermarket part , but made in Germany so quality should be good. The fit was perfect and my washing maching is now fully functional again. Thank you”
