“Ordered replacement Indesit oven element on Tuesday at 1;30pm, part arrived Wednesday lunchtime, fitted and oven used for dinner Wednesday evening. Lower price for part than GB online offerings and postage/delivery only 15% of what you’d pay for GB-NI. Great service.”

“The best parts company I've dealt with in my past 40 years as an electronics repair engineer! Just back from hollies on Friday night, with 3 suitcases of washing and the darn washing machine packed up ...drain pump had failed. Frantically Googled for part and Parts NI showed they had original part in stock. Unfortunately their website showed they close on a Sat and Sunday and also Mon (due to end of Aug bank holiday) I took a chance and Whatsapp'd their number on Sat morning explaining my desperate situation, not expecting a reply until at least Tues morning and unbelievably Andrew from Parts NI returned message within 15 minutes ....fantastic! I had never dealt with Parts NI before and was amazed to find they existed only 3 miles away from me. After placing order online as instructed, Andrew kindly allowed me to collect part straightaway and I had the washing machine up and going again by Saturday noon ....total marraige saver! (lol) May I also add, that I could not purchase this original part any cheaper within UK and even if possible, it would otherwise have taken at least 1 week to arrive with me via post from mainland UK suppliers! Andrew, thank you, I shall be recommending and calling on your PLATINUM parts services from here-on. Many many thanks for helping me out, especially on your weekend off! ...outstanding dedication and efficient service, superb prices and so close to home. best regards, John Davidson.”
