“I found the sales person handling my order superb. I ordered a door seal for a hot point cooker. Was delivered in a few days. However when I seen it I knew it was too small. So a quick phone call to your team got me the code to the correct seal. I ordered online and received it the next day. I posted the wrong one back to yourselves and got a refund in a couple of days. Very pleased and will recommend nispares to all Thanks again Eugene”

“Cabot recommend the company enough. My element went on my oven and the cooker is under 2 years old and was brand new. I wasn't sure if it was the element or thermometer at first but after diagnosing the issue myself I struggled to find the right replacement part, as the official stockist was put of them and most places had hit and miss reviews. I found it through NI spares and ordered at a really reasonable price to fit myself. I'm in Scotland and it came within a few days, was fitted via youtube tutorial and cooked dinner for the first time night before last. It works perfectly and was an authentic replacement part. Saved me a fortune in money as I would have had to hire an electrician to source and fit the part if I couldn't find it. Obviously I can't speak to longevity but given the original only lasted a year and a bit, if this one lasts half the time for the price I'll be happy to repurchase next year.”
