Hello Hazel, Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 6th and 7th of March but there was no answer, it's currently being held in North Tyneside CSP You can rearrange delivery from the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. Regards, Andrew

“Our long in the tooth tefal actifry's handle gave up the ghost, usual plastic degradation. Looking around, every dog & his man sells handles for tefals but not our older model, except for NI. The clear pictures on their site helped make sure it looked the same- aside from matching type numbers. BUT being honest it was/is an expensive part, when 'some' machines are only 2/3rds more to buy than the 'handle'- then there was post to add (fully fair!) so the cheapskate in me went UGH- I am not financially comfortable presently. I walked away to mull over- New machine? big ouch- we are already paying off a £400 dishwasher! bodge a handle? hmmm or keep looking.... NI suddenly made a very generous offer- they had my Email from the checkout- I try as a business person to not take money out of others mouths too- but, i was in need & said yes please!!! paying was straight forward. There was clear & helpful contact about the order despatch, It duly arrived in stated time, VERY WELL PACKED too. So I am a happy bunny, The family get to eat their healthier chips. I did not add a still working machine to the millions of other household gadgets pile.”

“Absolutely fantastic service!. For the experiance home gamer companies like this are absolutely paramount. Purchased a pair of brushes for my Zanussi washing machine as the drum started to turn with a strange sound and sometimes wouldnt turn at all. On closer inspection and a light tap of the motor with a hammer proved the brushes had worn to there limit. After looking online i found loads of cheap chinese brushes which i know from previous experiance are made from a very soft compound and will not last if they work at all. I chose to pay a little extra and buy the genuine quality brushes from NI Spares and i was not disappointed, the quality is first class and the fit was spot on with absolutely no arcing even on the first turn. This saved a professionally poor homeowner from forking out hundreds on a new machine so Thank you the team at NI Spares may you keep up the great work.”
