“Bought item was a fan oven heater element for a Neff cooker. With NI spares, it was super easy to find the right part and purchase. Delivery was on time. The item was a perfect fit and as described. Price was very reasonable. I've replaced a number of elements for our oven over the years. Mostly parts that are described as compatible, but have been a poor fit, in some cases requiring plenty of persuasion and costing between £20-£30 This part was described as Neff original and for ~£30 was pretty low cost. Although I've become cynical about part descriptions from previous experiences, this appears to be the quality part I expected. Will definitely use again.”
