“Contacted NI Spares through the WhatsApp facility on their website to try and get a replacement heating element for an oldish electric oven we had inherited after a house move. I didn't have much hope of finding a replacement due to the age of the oven. Within 5 minutes NI spares had contact me and after a few more messages they had found a replacement. They sent me the link to their website with the correct part and probably 15 minutes after my first initial WhatsApp message I had ordered the replacement I required. It arrived within a few days and I had it fitted in 10 minutes. Chips on the menu again. Very happy with NI Spares and will definitely use again.”

“The items were delivered quickly and did the job. The only problem I realised when it came to fitting was that they were identically angle-shaped brushes and should have been opposing angles. Not a major problem it just required reshaping with a Dremel grinder to the correct shape.Otherwise, a good value product that works perfectly.”
