We shipped your order on the same day you placed it, Monday 19th June via the shipping option you selected at the checkout ( Express Tracked - Approx 1 - 2 Working Days ). I can see from the Royal Mail tracking that it was delivered within this timeframe on Wednesday 21st June which is the 2nd working day after it was shipped. Regards, Andrew

“Hi, We recieved the cooker element fairly promptly , but it appears to be a "faulty element". Worked the first few days, then not at all. After another few days it worked again but now nothing. The electric power has been checked and is good at the terminals of the element but it is just not heating up! Re g.eighan@gmail .com.”

Hi Richard, Thanks for your review. The measurements on the website are correct, the distance between the tags on the element you ordered is 24mm. The tags are measured from the centres, I can only assume you have measured the outside edge. Regards, Andy
