“I texted the company regarding a charger plug we needed for our Dyson. They texted back quickly to say they had one. I ordered the charger plug online & it came within a few days & it works perfectly. There were some cheaper chargers on Amazon, but with very mixed reviews. I can recommend this company & the charger plug that is perfect for our Dyson Absolute.”

“I bought some extractor fan grids for my range master. NI Spares website was really clear and gave guidance on how to ensure I ordered the correct product. Once I placed the order I received a quick phone call to confirm I had ordered the correct ones as many people have made a mistake apparently. Lovely, helpful and friendly guy who was a pleasure to deal with. Order arrived 4 days later as per the email confirmation I received. Would definitely use them again.”
