“I ordered this part as my main oven (fan) wasn’t heating. It came really quickly, & was the right part. Unfortunately, I hadn’t realised the reason the element had stopped working was because the thermostat had stopped working, & therefore had overheated & damaged the element.... my non expertise being the fault in diagnosis! However, I ordered the thermostat, which again came very quickly & my oven is now fixed. This company was very efficient & meant I wasn’t too long without this oven. I would definitely recommend them.”
