“Part cheap and Fits and works so far without any issues. Slightly miffed by the length of time it took to ship even accounting for a bank holiday weekend. Took 10 days from placing the order to arrival. Hence the deduction of one star.”

Hi Stuart, Thank you for the review. We took an extended holiday over the first May bank holiday, although there was a yellow banner along the top of every page, a notice before the add to cart button and another notice in every shipping option that you must have missed. Regards, Simon

“I found NI Spares when Googling for parts for my broken Beko tumble dryer. I used their customer equiry form to check if the heating element I was after would be the correct part for my machine. I received an email response a few days later (which was decent considering it was over New Years) confirming the part but letting me know it was currently out of stock. I replied to ask if I could collect the part once it came into stock as I live nearby, but received no response to this. However when the part became available on the website again, I ordered & received it promptly. The part fit & works as expected & I now have a working tumble dryer again. I would use NI Spares again.”
