Hello Fintan, The delivery option you selected at the checkout was no-rush delivery with an estimated delivery of week commencing 11/01/21, you have left this review on 10/01/21 which is before the estimated delivery date. You had the option of Express delivery in 1-2 days for £3 more if you needed the part in a rush. Regards, Elaine.

Your order was dispatched on Monday 2nd November via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and it was delivered two days later on Wednesday 4th November at 11:14am I'll try to get in contact with you again this week. We do state standard delivery is within 3 - 5 working days on the order page although most are delivered within 3, unfortunately being the week before Christmas Royal Mail are exceptionally busy and this has held your order up by a couple of days.
