The person on the phone was helpful, polite, knowledgable and also seemed to be able to make decisions and come to helpful conclusions without putting me on hold. Excellent. I would highly recommend them as an online shop which goes the extra mile. No hard sell, just decent and helpful. The items I ordered were with me with in 48hours and fitted my washing machine. Great! I hope you find the same thing. We are all human, and we all have bad days, but I’m hopeful that your experience might be as good as mine was.”
