“Disappointed in delivery times. Ordered on Sunday, paid extra for 1 to 2 day delivery as we use our oven every day to cook dinner in, it didnt arrive until wed, 3 days later. Id have been quicker driving to your store to pick it up myself.”

“The element was delivered in a couple of days and in good condition. The measurements were not the same as advertised by 4mm in diameter, which made all the difference as had to bend in the blades of the fan to get it to fit to avoid blades hitting the element brackets.”

“Part arrived quickly was as described works perfectly. while packaged well in a box, the part was packed into the top of the box, rather than in the middle of the paper cushion resulting in the locating pin being bent. Not a problem, straightened out with a long nose pliers, just to note to prevent future returns.”

“I ordered an element which according to the product search said was compatible with my Whirlpool oven, but unfortunately when it arrived, it didn't fit. However, NI Spares were really quick to respond and organize the return. Overall, a good site, with reasonable prices and quick delivery, so I would recommend them - just make sure you double check the item you're replacing if its a generic rather than branded product. Just to stress, it wasn't NI Spares fault that the part didn't fit - if I had looked at the image and compared it to the existing element, I would have seen that the fixing plate was different!”
