About Nibble & Gnaw:

Everyone involved in Nibble & Gnaw is a pet owner. And we all want the same thing: our pets to be happy and healthy. That’s our mission. It's the reason we founded the business.

We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

Dear Ellis - I don’t know if you got our previous email about your hay being left at the depot and is awaiting your instruction on whether you want to pick it up or have it delivered again. Here is the link to Royal Mail Track and Trace - Track and Trace - Track your Item | Royal Mail Ltd. And your tracking number is as follows -400547855000879F44968. Royal Mail attempted delivery on 28 January twice one in the morning and then after early afternoon. I wonder if Royal Mail did not leave a card with you saying that they had attempted delivery! Do let me know. In the meantime, we are happy to give you a refund and we will have the hay returned to us. Kind regards. Elaine @nibbleandgnaw

“Brilliant service & my bunnies love their new hay.... it smells so fresh & looks so green, huge contrast to ‘pet shop’ brought basic feeding hay.... just ordered 2 more bigger boxes & will continue to order the best for our fur babies 🥰🐰🐰”

“My 2 rabbits love both hays and it’s great to mix and match them. Both are healthy happy bunnies since eating nibble and Gnaw. Quick delivery too! Worth the extra money.”

“Daisy, my chinchilla, is very fussy about her hay. So far the only one she'll eat is Oxbow timothy hay, not even other brands... until this one! She's now approaching 18 years old, so we've had years to try her (and her sister, who died last year, sadly) all kind of brands and we've now found one she actually seems to prefer. She does have 24hr access to the hay but she looks forward to her handful of fresh Nibble & Gnaw in the morning whilst she's still in bed... not that she's spoiled or anything... ;) I've attached a photo of her in her bed, she sticks her nose in the camera so I can only capture her when she's sleeping, not eating.”

“Ordered the trial box as my bunnies are very picky. They absolutely loved it. Poured 1st cut into the box and they were straight in. Left the 2nd cut on the sofa and came back to them both chowing down on it also! Never seen them eat so much hay 10/10. Already ordered a 4.4kg, so glad they love it so much!”
