About Nibble & Gnaw:

Everyone involved in Nibble & Gnaw is a pet owner. And we all want the same thing: our pets to be happy and healthy. That’s our mission. It's the reason we founded the business.

We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“Initially my review of the hay from nibble and gnaw would have been easily 5 stars because the quality of their second cut hay was so good and so much loved by our 2 bunnies but after the latest batch that has been so much below that standard I,m afraid I can only give them 3 stars. This time our bunnies have wasted so much of it and it is a horrible brown colour too so I really can't blame them. I was told by nibble and gnaw when I approached them about this issue that the quality of the delivery can't be guaranteed and they thought the next batch would be better!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE.... my fussy girls Harli and Pebbles have been through several other brands of hay and I'm thrilled to have finally found one they love! Brilliant customer service and quick delivery. 5 stars!”

“Prompt and efficient delivery, subscription option which is great so I don’t forget. The products themselves my two love. We did the tester box about 2 years ago and they favoured the 1st cut. They still have their usual meadow hay mixed in, but get really excited when I put out the 1st cut. You can literally smell the freshness. Would recommend, even though on the pricey side we have a box delivered every 3mths, so really only £10 a month. Worth every penny”

“High quality hay, my rabbits are very fussy when it comes to hay but they absolutely love the hay from Nibble & Gnaw especially the first cut Timothy Hay. I have never had any problems with my orders and delivery is always fast and on time.”

“My rabbit is a very fussy eater and after buying the taster pack my rabbit loved the timothy 2nd cut. Since I've been ordering I have had no problems and delivery always arrives a few days after ordering. The hay is well packaged and smells really fresh and green. Would definitely recommend 👌”

“We’ve used Nibble & Gnaw for a while now. With lots of guinea pigs to look after, we get through a fair bit of hay. Over the years we’ve bought from the usual large pet retailers, local Farm shops and smaller, more local pet supply retailers. This is, by far, the best that you can get. The piggies genuinely seem to love it and hoover it up. Great quality, easy subscriptions, amazing customer service and arrives when you expect it to. No complaints here.”

“Our guinea pigs adore this hay! Appreciate its more expensive than the big pet superstore options, but our pigs wasted so much of it pulling it out and spreading it everywhere. Now they eat it all!! Great customer service and quick delivery.”

Hi Danielle, sorry to hear you haven't received your order as yet. Unfortunately, that issue lies with Royal Mail as we outsource our deliveries to them, but I will chase that up now with them for you and find out what it wrong.

Hi Janet, sorry to hear you haven't recieved your hay yet. We're currently being held back by the recent strikes that Royal Mail and Parcelforce are conducting so I believe this is what is holding your order back. I will chase it up for you and try and find an answer for you soon.
