“I was very impressed with the National Hospitality Academy overall. The interface was interactive and incredibly user friendly, with the additional phone calls proving a huge comfort during the preparation and set-up process. Overall, this contributed to a very supported activity which I would highly recommend. The man on the telephone was also incredibly lovely, always a bonus!”
