“EPC for you are highly recommended. I contacted them for a quote, they arranged a time with my tenant and arrived promptly to carry out assessment. The certificate was emailed to me in a couple of days. All in all super easy. Well done”

“If you are after a generic EPC, then go with this company. If you are looking to actually improve how home rating then don't waste your money and time. The report is generally created based on the dimensions of your house. The surveyor does absolutely nothing to actually create an EPC that is adjusted for your property. In addition, they don't even get back to you for explanations or general questions you might have about their report. Not professional at all.”

“I was reassured about several of the outcomes. Very efficient data collection and on the spot recording. It was less extensive than I imagined and in retrospect I would have like to have read about what exactly was being assessed and the criteria for awarding grades. I guess it is fit for purpose with regard to house sales and renting but it fell short of indicating to me what I need to be focussing in to improve the insulation of my house. I didn’t learn anything new.”
