“I purchased new distance lenses for my own frames and I am really pleased with these I chose scratch resistant and middle tint The whole process was very efficient I posted my frames and they were returned completed in a week Very reasonable price Will use again”

“I ordered the ultra thin lenses, I was a little bit disappointed with the thickness of these. On the whole very happy with the service & the turn around. Because was over£69 I qualified for free delivery though I did pay £7.50 for insured delivery.”

“Never use this company. They are quick to take your money but when you try and chase through your order they just fob you off with excuses. They have had the frames for over four weeks and they are still (as of today) quoting a 7-10 day turnaround. Totally unsatisfactory.”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to give feedback and I'm extremely sorry that you have had delays with your order. As you know, we have had some bad luck with one of the lenses breaking during manufacture, so we had to re-make the lenses. This caused the delay with your glasses. I'm very sorry again for the delay, I do hope you are happy with your glasses now that you have received them. Kind regards.

“I must say that my "new" glasses are every bit as good as those direct from the high street. I had a couple of pairs of glasses which were virtually as new and the frames of which had been very expensive. Rather than comj7t these to the scrap heap I decided to take a chance with new lenses. The glasses were back with me within a fortnight and are excellent. Newlenses even included a new case and the old lenses were returned to me. I would certainly have no hesitation in using this company again - they are highly professional and clearly cakey their customers.”
