“My old frames were re-glazed with varifocal prescription. The lenses are spot on. Would not hesitate to recommend. Great service. Fast turnaround, good price and Andy was helpful with queries, courteous and professional.”

“I had new Varifocal lenses made (and fitted) for a favourite pair of single-vision frames, arranged entirely via the Internet and postal services. I will admit that I was a little unsure of whether this would produce a quick and satisfactory result - without any direct physical between myself and NewLenses, despite the excellent Satisfaction results from previous customers. However, I have to report that I am delighted with both the speed and the quality of the finished glasses (and also their communication), and will not hesitate to use NewLenses again.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect with these folks as I had previously always used high street opticians. However, the service was great even in the middle of the coronavirus, I even had a minor problem and it was sorted without fuss, great service, I will always use these folks in future when I need new lenses.”

“Brilliant! I wanted new lenses as I couldn’t have my eyes tested due to Covid19 and my favourite glasses were so scratched. They were reglazed and returned to me so quickly and so cheaply, I shall certainly look to buy my new glasses at Newlenses when I can get my eyes tested again. Thank you!”

“Really pleased with my purchase. It looks so much better than in picture. Constant updates were also sent via email. Arrived as expected. My only problem is one of the joints is quite loose for my liking. I would return it for adjustment if it wasn't because of the current situation. Overall, I'm pleased I used this company for my eyeglasses.”
