“I was hesitant about using an online service but the price for re-glazing my spectacles at a high street optician seemed rather high, so I thought I'd give Newlenses.co.uk a go, having found them just by a web search. The frames went off in the post, fingers crossed... Barely a week later (sooner than expected), they arrived back and are exactly what I wanted. I'm really impressed by the service and the quality - I would definitely use Newlenses.co.uk again.”

“I tried to order new lenses online but was unsure of how to fill in the lenses prescription. I rang there customers services for advice and the order was taken over the phone. There was then a delay of 24hrs before I had a notification by email with invoice and ordering instructions. Return postage was charged but after a further phone call was deducted as postage is free after a certain spend. From then on the process went smoothly and I received my new lenses within a week, which are of a very high quality (gold)”

“The ordering process was very simple, and of course without being 'hustled' by an optometrist's assistant about frames, extras etc. New glasses came a couple of days early, just in time for our holidays, and with a durable case too. Price is unbeatable, and we'll be back.”

“Fantastic service needed lenses for some glasses I had bought I researched on internet and wasn't sure who to use for replacement lenses. I decided to go with new lenses and so pleased with my glasses couldn't believe the quick turn around and the process was very easy . Will use there service again”

“Excellent service yet again. My wife and I have used for both reglazing and with new frames. Reading, distance, Polaroid and transitions. All excellent and great value. Customer service spot on when I had an issue (others might not have stepped up so politely and efficiently) .”

“Ordered a pair of IWM Titanium rimless specs. Incredible quality especially considering the price of £49.99. Also, I have a tricky prescription and it was executed spot on. Waited exactly two weeks since the unusual prescription, but totally worth it. Thank you kindly and looking to order another pair! Love it”

“Amazing service, Reglaze on my varifocals. I have had bad experiences with other online opticians, one broke my frames and took an age to respond before eventually putting it right. No such worries with newlenses, professional, fast and cheap. Will most definetly use again. Highly reccomended”
